The coffee is good but I certainly have issues with the staff. They are very rude (with the exception of one very nice cashier) and so non-responsive to their work. On numerous occasions I have to point out that the coffee dispensers are exmpty... many of them.... while the staff chit chat with their friends. It is very rude. My other complaint is that no matter how many diferent ways the managers configure and reconfigure the layout and set up of the coffee stations, it does not work or help. It is a BATTLE in the morning to prepare your cup of coffee. People pushing you, bumping into you, spilling coffee on you. I do not go there anymore for this reason.

I go to this location most mornings. The workers are always helpful and working as fast as possible so that people dont miss the ferry. The coffee is fresh 99% of the time. Sometimes they are out of soy milk (but I forgive them). Itd be nice if they carried the gluten free brownies that the location at Whitehall Terminal now carries, but there may not be as high a demand here for them. Today, Ebony helped me and was the reason I reviewed. There are plenty of great, lively, and cheerful cashiers, but her interaction with everyone was really wonderful. She really brightened up my day in the way she dealt with each of her customers.

I go there place my order go make my coffie when i come back i seen everyone befor me getting there food he looks at me and asked the other guy to make my sandwich, i have a 30 min break 20 min waiting around for food i never got, terable servise everyone in suits was getting there food but because im a construction worker i get screwed

The staff is incompetent including the so called manager. The pastry bar is never stocked. The freezer is always empty. The coffee bars are never stocked with coffee or milk either. Au Bon Pain should close this location its that bad.

Basic Au Bon Pain. Was there on a Saturday, and was in and out quickly. Not sure what a weekday service is like. Staff was nice, store appeared clean and product was well stocked.
