ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING!!!! I have NEVER posted a review on anything or place before but after destroying my favorite buffet i think its worth it. First off new management, horrible service, and no customer service skills, my wife and i was shown to our table we went and got food and finished our first plates with no silverware OR drinks.... it took my wife going up and asking for them 10 mins after we were sat down to get them. Second the food....... i honestly dont even know were to start..... slimy and smelly habachi steak and shimp so bad that i was scared to eat it even with my iron stomach lol. Undercooked chicken on the line and terrible crab ragoon which are my absolute favorite ( or used to be atleast) and to top it off chewy and flavorless shrimp. I will never go back and i really hope the old owners return SOON.

This buffet is by far the worst I have ever been to the rice is hard the service is terrible. I went to the hibachi grill and the workers were having a conversation with one another as if they did not see me. One of the workers walked away then the other worker started texting when he saw my daughter walk up thats when he resided to help me. The food had no flavor at all. I had the nerve to go for the dinner the prices are ridiculous I feel as though I gave a generous donation. But thats ok I wont be back. Flaming Grill in east Rutherford or Clifton buffet are the best choices. Just a little head up. Happy holidays to all.

Since grand opening I been to this restaurant 3 times but stopped coming here almost a year ago, because the food was very dull flavor, and sea food always had smell(like Chinese supermarket)as well chicken. Last time when I came with my family I noticed the food taste much much better and full of flavor, u could tell food been cooked with passion. I thought the Chef is change But today I found out its under new ownership. I am very picky eater, hardly I eat out for this reason. I am very good to cook anything but Chinese. I have plan to do my sons bday party on upcoming oct!! I must say food taste like authentic Chinese.

The food is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are promoting false advertisement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is less than 100 items if that!!!!!!!!!! The waiters dont speak English and are rude. I highly recommend the Clifton buffet!!!!!! The food there is AWESOME!!!!!!! & u get your moneys worth. Also there is a wide variety of food and the customer service is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!! Clifton buffet is the real buffet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me GO there and u will not, I repeat will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now if u wanna waste ur money then go 2 saddlebrook but just know I warned you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever with the wait staff always in you face why we was eating like they were hungry rushing us to leave like come on kids eat slow and it was a Sunday afternoon not that busy and we hadnt even been 30 min and was giving the check before even even finish our desserts and my baby was still eating her peaches as we were putting our coats on they were on top of us watching us waiting so friending creepy and weird it sucks bc the good is good and it was our third time coming . Never again will go there again.

First the change of owners the previous owners were so much nicer. Second, if you were not middle eastern the owners and some of the servicers would treat you differently. They wanted to be treated like kings when there. Everyone who came the owner would shake their hand as if they knew each other like best friends. They were running out of food very quickly and the food the did replace already had enough out. I used too go here often but now I will never go back unless new ownership.

Lot of options here including a made to order grill, some American style meats and side orders, american style Chinese food, dim sum, salad, dessert bar and even some other slightly more traditional Chinese fare. Of course theres also a sushi selection. You can come here and get carry out for a low price as well as enjoy unlimited food at a low price. For a inexpensive buffet option, not bad at all. Definitely, well stocked on food options.

I give it two stars because the workers were pleasant and nice but the food was awful. I had one plate and the desert, I had limited selections because most of the dishes didnt seem appetizing. It was like eating imitation food. The desert was horrible, the cake crumbled as if it was missing an ingredient, there was banana with red syrup on it, who comes up with these ideas? Im so upset and the bill came up to a whopping $31, never again.

The prices here are ridiculously low. They got a decent selection of foods, but my favorite is the hibachi section. Pile the ingredients you want on a plate and hand off to the person at the grill. Tell them what sauce you like and in 5 minutes you have a custom hot meal. Always get an awesome fried rice or lo mein. Its still new so hopefully the prices stay low. You can also get takeout by weight of your to go container.

I never like to make reviews, but I feel like this needs a good review. First, very very clean. Second food is delicious and fresh. The Habachi is included and its amazing. They make it in front of you with your choice of sauces and as much meat as you choose. Lastly I love that they do student discounts. Not many places do that and for that I will definitely be back. Excellent service and food!

The food just doesnt taste right. Most of the foods are too heavily favored while the fried food are tasteless. Even my son, who loves any French fries, said the fries were good but could be better. Even the sushi was bad. The rice was not soft and sticky and since of the toppings tasted like plastic. The environment is nice though. The seatings were comfortable and its clean and spacious.

Horrible service, manager laughed as we left the buffet, disrespectful, never came and asked if everything is ok, never came and cleaned up, if needed utensils we had to get them ourselves, we asked for water and one of the waiters said "dont bother me". Never coming back to this place. If you dont want to be disrespected like this, dont come here.

This placeis is owned by new people and I must say....this is by far the best buffet I have ever been to! They have a such a huge variety to choose from, the food is fresh and I can literally lick the floor and be comfortable. Yes, theyre that clean lol. Definitely the only buffet I will be going to from now on. I just hope it stays like this.

Horrible service when I walked in they seem to not know what they are doing very disappointing. Didnt even have silverware at the table the hostess sat me down at, and when I went to get my own silverware I asked one of the girls if I can get the silverware and she shrugged her shoulders. Never again will I step foot in this place.
