This Popeyes STINKS!!! Many times I feel its because most of the clientele happen to be minorities like myself (African American). Can you imagine that they havent had mild white chicken for 3 days now!!! Thats a disgrace. Also the food is older than my grandmom most times! Not fresh at all. Dont even begin trying to call with a complaint because the phones dont seem to exist! Those that gave this Popeyes 5 star obviously work there! Or have extremely low standards! I want to add if you order chicken you may come home with rice and beans or an apple pie!!! Just ridiculous. Everyone including the manager should be fired! Just warning everyone.

Unfortunately, first impressions can hurt. I stopped at this location to pick up a bucket of chicken and there were only 4 people ahead of me; apparently 2 of them were already being tended to. The help seemed lost and dazed while the manager (I assume) was running around doing all of the cooking and talking the workers thru all that needed to be done to fill orders. I was there for AT LEAST a 1/2 hour before my order was ready. On my way out I realized that a customer who was there before me STILL hadnt received his order. Not sure if Ill stop there again, but my curiosity just might cause me to give them another shot!

Rude employees and crap quality food. I never had been to a Popeyes before and after this lousy experience I will never be returning to one again. The chicken was bland and covered in grease. They didnt have a small size soda even though it was listed on the menu on the wall. I was also picking up a meal for a friend, they had told me they wanted the bonafied meal. The employee gave me some crappy shrimp meal instead of chicken. We couldnt even eat the shrimp they were so horrible. Maybe this is a coincidence but both me and my friend that ate here developed a cold shortly after visiting this "restaurant".

Today, I went to this Popeyes, and they didnt have any, listen to this, WHITE MILD CHICKEN!!!!! Other times they "ran put of Mac and cheese". If they do have Mac and cheese, its so soupy, its yellow liquid. But plenty of times they did just fine. Popeyes is confusing, and very weird.

Worst experiences ever went through the drive-thru they said 5 minute wait for coleslaw 15 minutes later I had to go back into the store still waiting I had to push one star just to post this they dont even deserve a star

I had to confront a very rude manager for belittling one of the employees. The manager tried to play it off as though he was playing with the employee. I was offended by the way the manager even spoke to me.

Average wait time.. More than 10 Mins to get food in the drive through. Im sure service in the store is slower than the drive through. Observed drivers honking after they got tired of waiting
