Our server Alyissa was terrible. She offered to bring us more bread sticks, after 15 minutes we asked her about them, after she looked like she forgot them she said they were in the oven. after another 20 minutes when she was trying to rush us to finish up by asking are we done or if we wanted to carry out the rest when we were clearly not done. We said no we are still waiting for our breadsticks order the ohhh I forgot look again and when she brought them out she said they are hot and as that was not sufficient and she looked clearly irritated she said make sure you do not get burned. I be honest she was really working to a no tip day. As a Mothers day present to my fiancee, I had a $50 gift card I purchased for any Darden owned restaurant chain and I put it with my credit card for the balance. She came back and I noticed the full bill was charged to my card and asked what happened to the gift card and she stated I never gave it to her. If it was not for the management team which I commend to resolve my bad experience by offering their apologies and did something I was clearly not expecting to issue a new $50 gift card for my next visit - I would have written a letter to the franchise owner for my horrible experience all on Mothers Day. At the end, I still received bad service, no apology for the server, and bad attitude. The management team deserves a thank you for stepping up.

Weve had the worst and most degraded experience. Our server was unfriendly and unprofessional. Weve stopped in to squeeze in a girls shopping date mini bite despite our brunch no more than 2 hrs before. Weve decided to stop in for a mini break with the soup and salad special. Another excuse for us girls to have some more "we" time. We werent hungry;we were there to add on to an already filled shopping day. She was rude, ignored us and had even went to the length with her blatant dismissive attitude as if we were a bother. There were many details to mention but the last straw for us were she sent over the foodrunner with 3 soups to our table and vocally stated that "these are for you". Unbelieveable! The amount of insult that entails. We were also trying to be empathetic as to chalking it off to just maybe.. Maybe, shes having one of those days. Never in my life, have I ever been treated like such in any eatery franchise. I couldnt even finish the soup or salad that weve paid for. We jus want to disengage ourselves from the negativity of this whole "twilight zone ordeal". My thoughts would be, if this isnt the job or industry you wish to work in. Please recognize and implement the training. We all have bad days but theres no reason for this type of behavior especially in the food/bev/hospitality industry. I would never go this location nor do I recommend this location to no one.

Waited 45 minutes to be seated. Watched the front desk scream names instead of using the buzzers. Ok fine whatever. We finally sit down. Dinning room floor disgusting. Tables around still uncleaned and no people sitting. ( this is why we have to wait I suppose) . Waitress asks for our drink order. OK I reply and I know we all want salads so if you could put that order in too, that would be great. Her reply.... not happening the drinks are on the other side and the kitchen is too far from it. (Greaaat. With 3 starving kids and a 45 minute wait to get this far. I will accept it I suppose because I have no choice). She came back after another 10 minutes to get our orders. Waitress is now annoyed by us [5]. Still trying to remain positive. She came to check on us 1 time but only to ask for our orders again because the computer in the back was broken. We are eating salads and ok we are done.......about 30 minutes pass and we see our waitress come back with our food. Saw her one more time to bring a box. I understand being busy but this was just bad after a number of attempts to help turn the situation around. Sadly it is not what it used to be. I wish i could have been writing a positive review after what was spent to eat there.

My husband and I went to Olive Garden (I personally prefer Macaroni Grill- the food is amazing, the service is so much better) on Aug 21, 2011 for lunch. They told us the wait will be max 20 min. We waited for almost 30 min when they called our name. When we got to the hostess, she took our beeper and told us if we dont mind to wait for 5 more minutes. No apologies, nothing. We agreed to it due to the time we already spent waiting, and we were very hungry. More then 5 minutes later the hostess got ready to walk to a table other people who came in after us. We stood up again and at this point she said they will take care of us. When sited, by one of the hostess who was very cold and indifferent, it took almost 5 min for our waiter to pay any attention to us. We werent offered any water, not even later during our lunch. It took the waiter more then 10 min to bring us the salad!!!! My dish was decent- I had spaghetti with meatballs, but my husbands dish (seafood with pasta) was very bad despite the expensive cost. Very disappointing experience. We will never go back to this Olive Garden. LB

What you mean I gotta acknowledge customers at this job? We get pick up from this once in a while. I do have to commend them that they are consistent in having bad service every time! My last experience was typical. Call in the order. First person puts me on hold . Its a Tuesday night u really are that busy? Wait for 5 minutes and realize they aint coming back so have to call back a second time. Arrive and stand under the take out sign. Watch as multiple people appear around bar and ignore I exist for 5 minutes. Eventually someone shows up who cares and checks on my order. I still have to wait another 10 minutes for food. They got my order correct which is a surprise but it turns out they let the Mac n cheese for my kids just sit around unwarmed while the rest if the food was "cooking" kids couldnt even eat it because of how disgusting it was . This is my typical experience . Only eat here when we want Olive Garden bad enough to put up with this typical "service" Avoid at all costs if u can.

Will never go there again. Stacy was terrible. It took her 20 minutes to even acknowledge we were there and then another 10 minutes to get water. She then dropped off the breadsticks and left again. Another 15-20 minutes before she even took our order. It was in the afternoon, after lunch & before dinner. The restaurant was far from crowded so there is no excuse for such a delay. Food was eh. I ordered the tiramisu for dessert, which was completely frozen. My husband told her and she thought it was funny and said something about eating tiramisu ice cream. Never asked if she could get us another one. She was making inappropriate comments the entire time, making jokes that were insulting and not funny, rubbing my husbands arm while talking to him. I cannot believe that someone like this is aloud to serve the public. I only clicked on one star because it wouldnt let me post unless I did, but it was more like negative 5 stars. It was horrible and we will never be back.
