Went there for a Birthday Party this past Saturday and it seems to be the only local one with a big playspace, Playland, or perhaps the only one with a playspace in the area, big or little! Well, it had some unique things going on, such as a sitting booth shaped in a vintage car, jukebox and photos of classic movie stars. The Playspace was large and Party Room was a good size. The setup of the party room was not ideal, but there was an area for a performer and, in this case, there was a Magician, or for a small dance floor if you wanted. There was a game room on site, but we did not utilize that. Large Burger King, on site parking lot next to it and a drive thru. At the party, they took the adult orders first, which was strange, because the children were so hungry by the time the childrens orders were taken. The individual servicing the party tried to be attentive, but it was difficult for her as mostly one person. The food was your typical Burger King fare. I had not been to one in years, but the taste was nostalgic! ; )

Lyndhurst Park ave Drive thru experience was horrid! Rude order taker "Daisy" and even Nastier Manager/Supervisor, I dont remember if her name was Joseline but rude rude rude! I was rushed on my order and had to keep repeating myself the order taker had an attitude saying, you said that already or you repeating the same thing". I wouldnt have to repeat myself if she heard me the 1st time. The girl got my order wrong. When I spoke to her manager at the Window she defended her behavior in saying that she could not hear me and her manager corrected the order and clearly stated that I got my order corrected so whats the problem ? I said did you both take the same customer-service class? They need to Replace the entire staff here or these 2 people or close them down. Will not purchase here again.

This location is very spacious, and has lots of parking space. Theres the childrens play area inside - which is very popular with our 4 year old - who can play there for hours. Staff is very courteous & friendly. Being vegetarian - the Veggie Burger is great !! ....we always ask the bun in the burger to be upgraded to the Whooper bun - and they do it every time - without any extra charge :-). Lots of other vegetarian choices. We also love to hold small community meetings here - up to 25 people at a time - as there are lots of different sitting areas - and lots of seating spaces. Pretty happy with this place !

Im just here right now. I really promise you, the drive thru is the worse ever. So far I have been waiting already for 15 min to be attended and nothing. Is finally is my time, and I believe the reason of the wait time is: All the things ordered are really far from where the take out driven thru window is located. So dont waste your time, if you dont have at least 20 minutes.

Food was cold this morning and I was shorted $10. $6.09 meal turned into a 16.09 meal and no one will answer the phone to give answers as to how to get my money back. Dont know what ever happen to customer service these days. Drive they takes forever and apparently a bunch of thrives working there. 11/1/15 around 9 am

By far the absolute worst Burger King in the nation. Food is ALWAYS cold. Order is Never right. I even tried once to call the hotline on the receipt and it was out of order. Ive been here about 20 times in the last few years. Every time it was a bad experience. They should revoke their franchise.

Went there this place is disgusting and dirty. Takes forever to place an order and to get your food. The soda machine ,the dining area& the tables were all covered in slime. When I asked for a table to be cleaned I was told the customers made the mess.

Order a steakhouse king burger and it looked nasty. Didnt make it how the picture look. No crispy onions on it. The fries was soooo salty. Couldnt eat it. Not going back here mo more
