Beware they don’t communicate upfront any cost. Exorbitant price for birthday cake which does not have good taste. I ordered a 2 pound cake and requested to put a kungfu panda and the person said it is 24 dollar for cash and 25.68 for credit card(they dont even tell this different pricing for cash and credit card). By the time I paid they charge me 34 dollar saying 10 dollar for the image. They did not tell me 10 dollar for the image on a 24 dollar 2 pound cake. If they have told upfront, I would have said not to put the image for 10 dollar. I paid 23.99 for a 5 pound 13 oz BJ cake and 34 dollar for a 2 pound Hot bread cake. I ordered just because there were vegetarians who won’t eat egg. People who ate both cakes said BJ cake is good compared to Hot breads. I would never recommend this shop to my friends as it does not live up to standards in taste /price/communication.

An Indian bakery in The USA! This place reminds me every time like Im in India. Theyve very good varieties of snacks. Veg puffs, Paneer Puffs, Aalo Chilly Puffs and many more. (Includes non veg). Vada paav and Paav Baaji are absolutely tasty like how we get in India. Ive been here atleast 25 times. Staffs are very friendly. Snacks are very tasty, theyve huge varieties of biscuits. Butter biscuit, pista biscuits and many more and the price is very reasonable. Restroom is always very decent. They take cash if our order is less than $20, thats the only thing I expect them to improve. Great place to have snacks!

Bought some cup cakes which are ok. Ordered some bulk cup cakes out of which few were missed. Mistake was never accepted by them and the way it was covered by them is you have to count thoroughly before u leave the hot breads. So friends, keep counting the cup cakes in case of bulk orders and dont believe anyone based on the good name they have. Thats the message learnt today. Service needs lots of improvement and need to know how to talk to customers based on my experience with hot breads Parsippany which is why this low rating was given.

Yum! This bake shop has the best cake Ive ever had in my life (and I normally dont even like cake). The cakes are super moist and light. Its definitely a lot more expensive to get a sheet cake from here than from Shoprite, for example, but its worth it! I recommend the pineapple cake or the mixed fruits cake! They have egg-less options available too if you ask. The chicken tikka panini is AMAZING too - its not completely guilt free but its worth the calories!

This place is just amazing. I love their chilli cheese toast, veg club sandwich, bombay sandwich, pav bhaji, chole bhatura, usal pav and my all time favorite vada pav. Also for people who eat eggs try their egg bhurji and egg sandwich. They have great pastries as well. My favorite is Dark Chocolate Truffle and black forest. Must stay it will remind you for real Mumbai street food. I recommend everyone to try the food.

Food- very good, especially the bombay/mumbai menu-vada pav usal pav is rare find. Pav bhaji is just okay. Cakes are delicious and eggless. Service- fast but can lack customer focus. Bought a bread pack and asked to return even before we left this restaurant- guy at register denied to take it back. Ambiance - none... Its like a fast food place. Parking - ample but tarmac beatup so expect fish pond when it rains.

If you want to eat pastries or cakes (eggless ) this is right place . But other items are worst . I ordered veg pizza which was worst , they added green peas , carrots and corn . Havent seen any where adding peas and carrots on pizza .Chole Bhature that he gave me was smelling very bad , I had to throw that away . I would just prefer to eat pastries from here once in while .

Got my daughters birthday cake from Hot breads today. It was one of the best cakes we had. It is perfectly done. We have been here multiple times and the cookies, puffs are wonderful. To add to that the courteous behavior of the people running the store. Its simply the best.

Zero Stars for Quality / Taste / Freshness : I ordered an egg puff. The eggs were few days old, the taste was tepid, the freshness, totally lacking. Do they even have the concept of throwing out old baked goods into garbage. I think i Did throw it up later. Uggg !!

Had a terrible chicken panini, with flavorless chicken inside a burnt panini along with bad tasting cheese. All the tables were rickety and wobbly and every time the door opened a cold blast of air hit the patrons. :(

I wish there was zero star rating to rate this place ! Worst place for pastries. I ordered egg puff and Vegg puff both were terribly bad. Never go to this place !
