Hi , I went to pick up a chipotle bowl at almost 10 pm , crazily hungry while 7 months pregnant . The Assistant Manager , Mr Ronald Ruiz , greeted me with a warm smile and paid for my bowl as a gift to me and my yet to be born child. I stood there agape , surprised and thought there are still great people in this world who makes the service industry wonderful . I insisted on paying for the bowl but he would not agree . I am amazed at such heart warming customer service and wish employees like Mr Ruiz are found everywhere in any service oriented industry . Thank You Mr Ruiz for being a great Assistant Manager . I will never forget your kind gesture !

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to order from,the reason Im taking the time to write this review is the staff there are really different, its more of a family, Christen and all the other guys there are always very nice and helpful, the girls are just as pleasant, the thing I have to say is the most important, is to see clean the place is,Ive been there right before they close and to see how as a team they clean the place is a joy to know, I only wish other places were as clean, thats why I eat there a couple times a week

I travel a lot for work, and have been to probably dozens of different chipotle locations. I appreciate the consistent quality. However, this location did not measure up today: 1) The guac was made with overly ripe avocados and didnt have much flavor from the other ingredients to mask that fact; 2) the rice was undercooked, too al dente, almost hard; and 3) the chips were not crispy, but chewy, and on occasion, soggy.

For some reason; crew at restaurant dont serve food well. They serve like they are serving with teaspoons. very very little meat. you probably get a piece of meat like every 10th bite. I have been to several Chipotles in the area and this has the worst crew and they always make me feel me regret why I went there.. Go to Panera in the same complex and you will be better served.

Hey, its Chipotle. You know what youre going to get. My main wish would be that they wouldnt stop asking me if I want rice and beans on a taco and that the meat was hot enough that the cheese, even when applied directly to the meat, would actually melt. Other than that, its not that bad considering what else you might encounter that tries to pass for Mexican food in New Jersey

The Morris Knolls High School Math department was very happy with the catering services of the Parsippany Chipotle! They did a great job. The food was great, the chicken was seasoned perfectly and was nice and juicy. Everything we needed was provided with smile. We greatly appreciate the courteous and professional service.

Having eaten at multiple chipotle locations I can confidently say this one is the worst. Complete trash and a waste of money. Burritos are half the size and the filling is mostly rice and beans with hardly any meat. If you want chicken grain, go to this place. If you want real food, avoid it.

EDIT: I went back and the service was quick, and burrito was as big as a baby. Smallest burritos of any chipotle location. More like a tortilla sandwich. The staff spend more time bantering among themselves in the back than they do serving customers. Choose a different location.

This particular Chipotle is not the best. I rather drive to the Chipotle in West Caldwell. I ordered chicken tacos and they literally put 4 pieces of chicken in one taco. The chips were so stale. They dont put as much food as the other Chipotle I been too!!!
