I generally like this as a quick stop for breakfast or a burger. I prefer BK over McDonalds and 5 guys which are close by. Like I said generally the service has been very good even exceptional when on 2 occasions because of large orders they brought my order to the car. Well any way I wish there was a way to send this directly to them or their corporate office but the local has no website and the corporate office is phone only. I arrived at 10:30 am driving past a McDonalds and 2 local breakfast places to get the breakfast. the person on the microphone said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I asked what time it was and he told me 10:30. no sense arguing just that the manager or franchise owner should explain what customer service is. Not the persons fault if not taught. Once at a McDonalds a similar event happened but I was 15 minutes past the time and they accommodated me gladly. found a little bagel place in Lake Hiawatha called Howards, will be going there from now on. Worst BK in New Jersey. I live literally 4 blocks from this Burger King and for 5 years. NEVER have I ever had a Hot or warm Burger from this place. I have filled out their surveys on several occasions and nothing has ever changed. This place is a 100% total waste of money. Do Not waste it by stopping here! Apparently the owner could give a damn about his or her customers! The owner apparently has never tried the food that is served from their own ESTABLISHMENT or maybe they have. But they simply dont give a damn as long as they are making a profit! Oh by the way. THIS BURGER KING IS NOT OPEN UNTIL 12AM! THEY CLOSE AT 10PM SO THE WEBSITE SHOULD REFLECT THIS! Why arent they open until 12am like the website states? BECAUSE THEY HAVE RAN OFF ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS BY SERVING COLD ASS FOOD!

I would give this Burger King 0 stars if I could. I dont usually leave ratings even if I have a less than satisfactory experience somewhere but this place is just ridiculous. The customer service is terrible, specifically at the drive through. The lady that is usually back there has just a plain nasty attitude. Also, theyre supposed to close at 12 am and we have driven there several times just past 11 and theyre already closed! Today I called before going and they said they were going to be closing at 11 ( the lady kind of thought about it for a second so Im sure theyre not supposed to close at that time. We get there at 10:55 and they were already closed!!!!! It is unbelievable how horrible this place is!

Im not a food critic, but after my experience on October 5th, 2014, I need to share this: the stuff they use to fry their french fries either needs to be replaced, or is used motor oil from Pep Boys next door... Update: soda machines should be replaced. One was not working (January 7th 2016) the other had visible signs of wear and tear - push buttons had broken plastic covers.

Service is generally fast. Food is what youd expect. The issue with this location is Maintenance. One of the soda fountains have been out of order for over a year. The plumbing in the mens room had never worked properly and the owner/manager doesnt care about the customers enough to turn on the AC in the summer or the heat in the winter.

Was not impressed with the service at all. I felt like an assembly line belt passing by, not a customer. They acted like robots, not friendly people in the SERVICE industry. Just politeness would have been great. Burger was put together super sloppy. Fries were well done, but I liked those!

This Burger King has closed since May 1 2017 and I miss it. I used to come here a lot. Now stupid Starbucks has came and going to build one of their coffee shop were this great restaurant used to be. Shame On you Starbucks
