I asked for fajita vegetables in my pork burrito bowl, but the tray was near empty so I only got a little. The manager advised that it would take a minute or two before the next tray was out. I didnt feel like waiting for it, especially since there were people behind me so I told her "its ok". The manager was so committed to customer satisfaction that she comped us chips and guac just to make sure we were happy (I wasnt unhappy at all to begin with!) Then, (on her own initiative, not because I asked) after the fajita vegetables came out later, she came over to our table to bring me some. I was highly impressed. Also, the food was good, the service was fast, and the ingredients were fresh! A great place to eat!

No matter how much Ive tried Chipotle in rt. 10 its just a waste of money better yet go to Short Hills Mall and eat at Qdoba which taste better and you have more options. I hate this Chipotle in rt. 10 because I got a burrito bowl, and one time the white rice wasnt fully cooked obviously because they were rushing to cook the rice and another time that Ive ordered here the steak was barely cooked it was so disgusting and it has that nasty smell of raw meat so if you dont wanna waste your money and time just go to the one in West Caldwell or Wayne or Qdoba at the Short Hills Mall and be satisfied w/your meal.

What a disappointing experience I had there today. Chips bought are not fresh, crew is unhappy, food spilled on counter is cleaned with overused cloth instead of anti germs wipes, and when I called to express my disappointment the store manager gave me the most underwhelming customer service experience I had in my life: refusal to take ownership, arguing the facts, and throw the call to another employee, refusing to provide his name although identified himself as the store manager. Unbelievable. If this is a representation of where Chipotle is going the future is not bright at all.

I am a Chipotle fanatic and this one is not the best Chipotle Ive been too in NJ -- actually, it has to be one of the worst, but the closest one to me at the time. Ive eaten there multiple times and Id give this one a 6/10 for inconsistency. The one in Clifton gets 8/10 and is always, always good. Eatontown is the best one by far with 10/10. This one, the service is always slow, and the food isnt up to the same bar as the rest. Its too bad. The Clifton one used to be the one near me, but now Im stuck with this one.

I love this Chipotle because Food is always good, plus, was close to work! Serving Huge Burritos...(really 2 meals in one), but my Fav is the Chicken Bowl, w/the works...beans, corn, sauted peppers & onions, cheese, green salsa & of course, Guacamole!! Theirs is AMAZING! Friendly, professional staff, too! Always crowded, so get ready for a table search, or share..always Fun too.

Why do people even go to Chipotle over Moes? Paid 13$ for a burrito and chips. $2 of that was from getting just a glob of Guacamole on the burrito, absurd. Chips were extremely stale, barely got any salsa (which basically had 1 choice of salsa). Moes chips and salsa bar is free with the $7 burrito. Moes is simply superior in every way shape and form.

My favorite Chipotle restaurant, have gone here dozens of times over the past couple years. Very friendly staff, can get in and out quick, and cheap. Try to go on off hours, the lunch and dinner crowds can really pack the place. Also, if you dont want soda or juice ask for a water cup, theyre free :).

Eh.. It is what it is. You pretty much know what you are getting with these places. They dont put much in the burritos anymore which is disappointing... Update .. Now they put even less on and the prices are more. Youre basically paying for rice.

Chipotle is often known to be mildly crowded because its so delicious and the staff here takes that into account and gets you in and out of the line quickly and efficient without you feeling like youve been rushed.
