Lunch take out food or dinning in just awful first they are short staff they cant find employees that speak fluently English. So if you are calling take out forget it, the young woman answering the phone doesnt understand a word you are saying them you are picking your order its one of this options: 1. You never called I cant find your order 2. Thats what you ordered ($60 dollars worth food you never ordered ) Them good luck trying to speak to her Manager they are never there the young woman pretends to be the Manager using colorful language expressions over the phone like WTF? OMFG amazingly pronounced very clear in her limited vocabulary. Unless you want an outstanding service make sure to dress like you are going to a New Year party other ways you gonna get ignored with crappy service. That place is all about appearances if you really want that sushi so bad. Honestly I rather drive an extra mile to Jasper Restaurant and get a great 10 ✨ stars service. Dont waste your precious lunch hour there you will regret one again they are short staff 1 server 1 host thats it.

I moved to Parsippany recently and I ordered Chinese food from here for the first time. I will say, I was definitely disappointed. I ordered some sesame chicken and it was rather bland tasting. It really had no taste at all. There was no sesame on the chicken and I guess they forgot to put it on. I also, asked for Pork Fried rice with my chicken and got brown rice instead. The sesame chicken also cost $13 and I think it was a bit steep considering the meal didnt even come with an egg roll nor a soup either. I had to pay extra for those. I am more accustomed to a combination meal costing more like $9 and coming with a soup and eggroll. I dont think I will order from here again. There are many other Chinese places around and I think I will try another next time. Order from Hunan Noodle House across the street. Their Chinese food is better and it costs less.

I used to get takeout from here a lot when I worked in Parsippany because it was close and quick. The chinese food lunch specials are very cheap for a good amount of food and the sushi rolls are decent as well. When it comes to the sushi, I wouldnt say its the best quality but Ive never had an issue with it (as far as getting sick or anything). Its good for sitting down with a big group during lunch as well because its usually pretty empty and the service is relatively quick. Good if you want a quick meal thats not exactly fast food.

We went for the all you can eat, but they wouldnt serve any entre until we ate about 100 dumplings they put in front of us,...that we didnt order. Never received our Sushi never received any meet after the waitress told us they wouldnt bring us any more food until we finished what was on the table I had heard enough. To make matters worse we were overcharged. I paid and left peacefully as I promised my wife. Needless to say I wont be returning. One of the worst experiences ever.

Very Disappointed. This restaurant came highly recommend from the hotel. I ordered the light cuisine with Broccoli, Asparagus, Mushrooms and added the shrimp for $4.00. Unfortunately, the person on the phone was not paying attention. I repeated my order a couple times. I received a big container filled with Broccoli, Asparagus (no tips, all stem) and steamed mushrooms with Brown Rice. No shrimp! What a disappointment. This was delivered to the hotel.

Ashia is literally amazing, the quality of the food as well as variety is worth while. I am content and happy with the customer service, which is always welcoming and awesome. I recommend this restaurant to any who enjoys awesome food. Additionally, the bathrooms are well maintained and supplied, and for my fellow men, there is a urinal as well as toilet so no sloppy seats.

First, we had sushi and a normal meal, so the cost of $20 per person is higher than you would have if you just got a normal meal. The food was excellent, some of the best Hunan chicken I have ever had. The sushi was excellent as well. We will definitely be going back! It is an excellent value for the money, this is gourmet Chinese food at a very reasonable price.

We eat there once a month. Its awesome! And never disappointed. I read some reviews that complains about short staff? Thats just ridiculous! The food is great. The service is always there. The waitress always come to our table making sure everything is ok. The front desk is warm and very friendly. We always make sure giving good tips before we left the place.

The food was well prepaired and came out in a relatively timely manner. Decor was nice, but typical. The only complaint I have was the service. When my friend asked the server for her opinion about two different dishes she looked at him like he had two heads and was rather snoody telling him that Chinese people dont like chicken... no need to be man about it

Amazing Place!!! Called to order! There was no mistakes! When I went there to pick up the people was so funny! Most important the food is awesome! I ordered salmon roll, spicy tuna roll, yellow tail roll with a garden salad. The fish was fresh! The chicken and broccoli was the best I ever tried!!! Definitely going there next time!!!

Very dissapointed. This used to be my go to for Chinese food. The past 3 times Ive ordered have been pretty bad. The latest was yesterday. I had sesame chicken and ribs. The chicken was dried out as well as the ribs.The sauce was bland and it didnt come with the usual green beans. Its a shame it used to be the best in the area :(

Ive went to this store several times and found out that the service attitude was very good and that the food tastes great. The decorations around the restaurant was really beautiful. Sometimes Ive even called for delivery and the deliver was pretty fast. The man that delivered the food to us was really nice and had good manners.

The person at the front is always very nice and the servers are very attentive to if you need anything. The food is very good and possibly the best Chinese/Japanese in the area. The decor on the inside is very nice and always makes for a nice day/night out for eating.

First time to visit. Good selection of dishes to cater to many palettes. Flavors were good and meat/vegetables were very fresh. If only one complaint it would be that when customer asks for something spicy dont hold back
