Ordered food from here June 19th for dinner. First off, the girl who took my order over the phone seemed barely competent and put me on hold multiple times while taking my order. Once my food finally arrived, I saw that she took my address down wrong even though I had to repeat it for her multiple times over the phone. I am amazed they even found my home. The calamari I ordered came in a container that was broken and there were little bits of plastic stuck in my food. The bottom of my pizza was also missing large chunks of the crust so that my pizza slices ripped apart as I tried to take them out because the cheese was stuck to the paper in the bottom of the box. I wont order from here again.

We LOVED this place. Tonight They made a mistake on my Wifes dinner. When she called back because we took it home the Owner told her that is what she ordered. The sandwich she "ordered" has ham. My Wife doesnt eat ham. She wouldnt have ordered a sandwich with ham. They took it back but wouldnt even take partial responsibility for it. The part that is tough is they are close to our home and a good pizza place

The place is absolutely disgraceful. I ordered 3 slices of pizza. First off, I had to repeat my order several times. The pizza was about a day old with some new cheese thrown on top of it. There was a lot of garlic on the pizza. I swear the pizza was a day old.

Ive been going here once a week for a year and a half since Ive moved to Parsippany. Their pizza is the best in the area by far, the customer service is excellent, prices are great, revolving specials and it has that old school pizza parlor feel. Keep it up!
