I order from this place every Sunday. Today, the guy on the phone got my order completely wrong. He asked me to repeat it 3 times. After the 3rd time, I asked "You sure you got that?" He said yes. When the delivery guy came, not only was I missing the 2 extra slices, the pie was completely wrong. I gave the delivery boy the money with a good tip because I know it wasnt his fault. I drove to the pizzeria with the pie and told him that it was wrong and I was missing the 2 extra slices. The guy was nice and said ok and hell fix it. After they corrected the order, the guy that got the order wrong wanted to charge me $3 for the 2 extra slices. I asked him if hes really going to charge me, he said yes. I told him that I had to drive over there because he got the order wrong and I shouldnt have to pay. He said that if I dont pay, hell need to take the 2 slices back or hell call the police. So this place just lost a weekly customer over $3. Good job.

Avoid if you can. Gave them a second chance and it was all the same. Took 10+ minutes just to place an order in person because the cashier lady was talking on the phone and ignoring me. Heard her overcharge and have to reverse a payment as well as overcharging the customer in front of me (entered wrong price for slices, customer noticed). I should have walked out right then, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Place my order (very small, 1 slice) wait 10 more minutes for it..... 20 minutes for it... Have to ask if they even put it in the oven. No we didnt sorry! Ok.. Ill wait, I guess.. Two minutes later they "found" the original slice i ordered and gave me a brick-cold slice. I will not come here again. Amazingly inept, especially the cashier. Must be a family business because she messed up 3 orders within a 30 minute period with no recourse. How they keep customers is beyond me.

food is ok. Be prepared to spend 5 10 minutes waiting to pay for your order and leave while the staff runs around like they have the nuclear codes or something. The women behind the counter or the owner will talk to other people in the phone or in person while you are standing waiting to pay. I could care less about what these people have going on in their lives i just want to pay and leave and not have to hear their white trash non sense

The pizza was great. But I must say the owner is phenomenal!!! He delivered our pizza himself during Saturdays Noreastern storm. The power was out, and there was a tree down on my block. He parked it and walked through the storm about half a block to get the pizza to my house. The pizza was worth the wait. Now THAT is customer service. This man must be passionate about his business, and so it is reflected in his food and service.

The pizza is very good and well made. It is generally always crispy on the bottom, which I love. In addition, the place is a family type restaurant with your typical Italian background. Very nice people and great local establishment to support. Eat there at least weekly and have never had a problem with any orders put in. Overall, it is a great pizza place.

Im visiting for work and was absolutely blown away from the service and quality of this pizzaria. They treated me like I had been coming here for years, offered me a free piece while I waited. I cant wait to try more menu items! Thank you guys so much!

The best pizza and Italian food in town! Franco and Co are good hosts and make us feel at home. Try the mushroom pizza or baked ziti with meat sauce. Their cold salad bar us good too, not too many selections though

Love their food. Pasta faggioli is some of the best Ive had as takeout. Order is always right. You can done inside if you want, and there is outdoor seating during the warm weather. The staff is always friendly.
