Mainly come to this location to pick up food and bring it home, but the location seems on par with most other Paneras. Food comes out consistent 99% of the time, and never had anything made improperly or had to complain. Usually a small group of people here in the evenings, so not long of a wait to order and receive your food. I have seen the staff make changes to peoples food with the people telling them as the item was being made, and theyre very much willing to make sure your order meets your dietary requirements. Love coming to Panera in general because the focus on fresh ingredients, and healthier options.

When this Panera is on, it is ON. Sandwiches are delicious, soups are great, service is pretty fast. But its not without its problems: Ive had a few screwed up orders, and I hate dealing with the other customers - Ive been cut on line three times without so much as an apology. I would strongly recommend against going after 7:30 PM, as they run out of almost everything and some of the night shift people get pretty lax about their hygiene (the cake was when one of the sandwich makers, no longer working here, was pulling stringy things out of her eye before touching my sandwich), but I would recommend it for lunch.

I love panera bread! I go to this panera bread on my break once every 2 weeks. Lately I been getting my order wrong or having things missing. I usually get "you pick 2" My last order not only had the wrong panini but it looks like they got the last little end of bread and made a panini. I was really disappointed because panera bread is quite expensive. The kitchen staff always so dull when it comes to giving food to the customer but yet they are so bubbly when its between employees. The more I come in I feel like they keep messing up Im just going to stop going.

New salad choices are excellent, especially the green goddess. Nice choices of soups, salads, sandwiches. The you-pick-two is a good way to try half portions of two different items. Staff is friendly and helpful. A bit pricey but great quality.

Its FREEZING in here! I asked if the heat could be turned on/ up and was told yes. But, its so cold people are sitting with their jackets & hats on.
