Okay ice cream but horrible customer service from a blonde teen claiming to be the owner. She told me they could not accept $100 bills very rudely while grabbing for my childrens ice cream. When another cashier saw how upset me and the children were she stepped in and said they could accept my note. The blonde then fussed that they have a sign stating no $100 when there is clearly no such sign. I asked for the "owners" name and she told me she was calling security on me. Wow, just wow. I will buy my children ice cream elsewhere

Haagen-Dazs. The name is practically synonymous with high quality ice cream. As expected, its good ... but not great. Perhaps in the malls and food courts of middle America, Haagen-Dazs is unique and special. But in central NJ, with a plethora of unique, local institutions that make fresh ice cream, its overpriced and out of its league. Its overpriced for what you get, and the selection and taste at the local mom-and-pop places is better!

I visited the Haagen Dazs at the Shoppes in North Brunswick. There were a lot of flavors, different types of cones, shakes, smoothies and desserts of all kinds. The staff was friendly, attentive and happy to answer any questions about all the different choices and menu items. And the ice cream? - Awesome! I highly recommend them.

My children and I have been going to this store since it opened up. The owner, Susan is absolutely amazing. She is always helpful and donates ice cream to the Special Education PTO frequently. Haagen-Dazs Ice cream is always delicious no matter the season.
