I visited this establishment twice. The first time I asked the staff if the pumpernickel bagel had caraway seeds. She said no. Got to work and sure enough, bagel has caraway seeds. I realized, she didnt have a clue of what I was asking, but had no problem giving an answer. I visited the establishment for the second time, asked if the marble bagel had caraway seeds. She shrugged her shoulders to me and that was it - just looked at me. I asked if she could find out. She brings the bagel to me and I confirmed, yes, that is caraway seeds. My thought here, employ people that A) can communicate; and B) are educated on the establishment to be "of service" to their customers.... Last time going here........three times, im the fool.

The place has never not smelled incredibly funky whnever I go there. Ive seen reviews/heard people in person rave about how amazing the bagels are there...but I have never personally been overly impressed. The bagels have never been super fresh, if you get butter on it, they put WAY too much to the point that it just drips off and will accumulate into a small puddle and coat the outside so your hands get covered in it, and they NEVER spread the cream cheese evenly. They just put one giant scoop in the middle, then kinda sorta spread it a little bit. And again, the smell...

Went in on a Saturday morning, expected to see a bunch of teenagers moping around as you would expect. Instead, three fully grown Hispanic women and one aging old Hispanic guy. Thats fine, hire who you want if they can do the same job cheaper, but they are not doing the same job - they cant speak English. When two out of three parts of my bagel are incorrect, its time to reevaluate the employment situation. Places like this are the reason why Trump has so many supporters. Im about to call INS and ask them to raid this place.

Charge different prices every time and when you question it the experience of communicating is so frustrating you just want to give up. Think they just press random keys on the cash register. They tried to charge me over $6.00 for a breakfast sandwich. They also price every single item individually. For example they also charge for lettuce and again for tomato. I think they bank on people getting so frustrated with the entire process they just give up and pay. Give me a break.

I asked for a egg and chicken salad on a bagel. The little Spanish lady says you have to order by the weight. I said okay, Ill buy it by the weight to put it on a sandwich and she tells me ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE IT? Because Im not..left never going back

They have a wide selection of bagels and there all good. However they are very slow and none and I mean none of the staff can speak English. They need at least 1 good English speaker here

Counter staff doesnt speak english very well and routinely make mistakes with your orders - the bagels are good but the service is lacking for sure. Not worth the aggravation or the wait.

I was astounded to see a few poor evaluations. People are so impatient & demanding. The bagels are fresh and delicious and the staff tries very hard to please.

If your looking for something quick, look somewhere else! I ordered an egg sandwich and was the only one in line, it took over 10 min to get my sandwich.
