My wife and I were in need of a place to do some work outside of our home (for whatever reason sitting on a couch in front of a TV rarely gets much accomplished). We had seen billboards for Savour and decided to pop in around early afternoon. The location is a bit set back from the road so you might miss if youre not looking...but make sure you turn around if you do! The cafe is clearly very new and modern inside with outlets and usb ports near every table. Fast wifi is available and to top it all off if youre staying in there is table service. Most cafes require you to order at the counter, pay, and repeat. But at Savour they come to you (servers/counter staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable) . We had the brie and apple panini as well as a turkey and cranberry mayo sandwich. Both were exceedingly good, fresh, and well priced. We also ordered coffee (a latte and regular cup - both above average in taste and quality) and some cookies for dessert. They told us that all baked goods are made on premises and you can definitely tell! I recommend the chocolate chip cookies which were awesome. My only complaint (if you can really call this a complaint) is that the tables are glass top which makes using a bluetooth mouse impossible - and of course I had to put my coffee cup down gingerly every time! Even the music in the cafe was wonderful. We are going back tomorrow and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. They even deliver!

Living up in the Morris/Sussex area, I love finding new places by me that offer the same quality food I used to have when I lived closer to NYC. Savour brings just that. Tucked away on Newton-Sparta Road near the woods, Savour offers some high-class, delicious food. This one dish I had there was the Watermelon Shrimp Feta salad and it was SO GOOD! Ok first off, I never thought of putting those 3 ingredients together but Im so glad Brandy, the owner, did. Its a perfect mix of sweet, savory and tangy with the passion fruit dressing on top. Like I felt so healthy eating it. Speaking of other stuff Ive had there thats healthy, the Caribbean Black Bean Soup is delightful. Its so hearty and savory, perfect for the colder months ahead. Its topped with Sour Cream and Salsa with a slice of a baguette on the side, which all perfectly compliments it. OH AND THE BEST PART: the dessert. Savours Fruit Tarts are by far my favorite thing. The one I had was topped with fresh fruit (Blackberries, Strawberries and Blueberries) with a creamy custard bottom in a baked pastry. Its one of those desserts that make you feel really healthy, because fruit, but its also a treat for yourself. Honestly, Savour is a cute little, trendy cafe with delicious food that people need to visit next time theyre in the Sparta/Newton area.

We decided to try Savour at the recommendation of one of its waitresses that we had met elsewhere and also because we had read in the Sparta Independent that the owners were Romanian. I have travelled extensively throughout Romania and thought there might be some dishes reminiscent of my travels. Unfortunately the owners were not there, and even though I did not find a Romanian dish to have, the food was excellent. The saying, "You dont get a second chance to make a first impression" is what I usually believe when trying a new restaurant. Savour does not need a second chance, the first impression was A++. We never had pumpkin soup and must confess it was superb, just hope it is not purely a seasonal thing, would go back for more. The grilled vegetable Panini was far better than any of the other places in Sparta, as well as the chicken salad sandwich. I am not much of a salad person, but I could have gone for another portion. Everything was fresh and crisp. The coffee was above average and had it over ice. If I have a criticism, it is that they do not accept the American Express card. This is an above average place, exceptionally clean, and up to date. I would think that Amex would be an option. All in all, we will go back and highly recommend it. La Multi Ani!!

I recently visited Savour and I absolutely fell in love with the cafe. I ordered the Arugula salad, which comes with Roasted Red Peppers, Red Onions, Feta Cheese and Passion Fruit Vinaigrette on a bed of Arugula. The salad was a special that day and it came with a delicious Duck Breast, which added a savory taste to the medley of vegetables. On top of that, I ordered the Signature Smoothie which comes with Pineapple, Banana, Pineapple Juice & Coconut Cream. The smoothie has such a nice, refreshing tropical feel to it. The best part of it is that you feel good after having it too because it is so fresh! I definitely recommend Savour to any and everyone out there who wants to experience an upscale, European taste in New Jersey.

Another fine lunch from Savour. Working local I find myself getting a taste of Savours menu a couple times a week. I have never been disappointed. The food is just outstanding. They have the standard menu which is completely above average but they put double extra care in to their weekly specials. Stuffed mushrooms salad, insane Paninis, hand rubbed spices, organic and local ingredients. This is certainly a unique food experience available close to home. Keep up the great food, service and atmosphere. Ill also put in a plug for the neighboring businesses (Studio Vitality and Accomplitech) which have done a great job in helping to grow the neighborhood. Excellent!

My wife and I went there on a hot humid day with the intention of getting something light. My wife ordered the arugula salad in a passion fruit dressing, and I ordered the spinach salad in a lemon dressing with added shrimp. Both came out quickly and were excellent! The respective dressings were so light, and the blend of flavors with the salad accompaniments were truly a taste treat. The grilled shrimp was done perfectly and the taste was spot on. Cant wait to go back!

The food was fresh and delicious, and we tried everything from the spinach soup to the quiche to the paninis to the frappes. Not to mention, the multiple times I have gone, I have been helped by kind, curteous waitresses. Oh! And thr home brewed teas and lemonades never disappoint.

I never really noticed Savour before even though I take Newton Sparta Road every day for work. I stopped inside on my way to work the staff provided me with awesome sevice and even better coffee. It is my new stop every morning and I love it.

The sandwich was delightful but we realized that we were running late so asked for it to go. The chef gave us the finger with both hands rapid fire like. They are pretentious and love there product more than their customers.

My wife and I visit Savour as often as we can, and we love it. The waitresses are fantastic, the food is always delicious, and theres always something new and exciting to try. I cannot recommend Savour highly enough!
