"Went there yesterday for mine and my mothers birthday and I was blown away. The food was incredible, our server was very friendly, and the decor was very comfortable. Prices were more than reasonable considering the level of food and service you get. Cant wait to go back again. " That was a review I left almost 4 years ago. After tonight I will never go back there again. We went there tonight for my parents to meet my fiancés parents for the 1st time. We couldve went to any place we wanted to and we chose Casa Bellisima. We drove from Wayne to Sparta to eat there. 1st issue which I can almost live with is the risotto was very crunchy to the point where it hurt my teeth. OK everything tasted fine and the rest of the meal was great. However when I told the hostess the risotto was crunchy she replied with , how did you ask for it cooked and thats how we make it here. B.S Ive had it there before and it was perfect and theres only one way to cook risotto. 2nd issue and the main reason Ill never go back is after we had dessert and were drinking coffee and paid the hostess had the balls to ask us to move to the bar to continue talking to each other. So after they get a few hundred dollars from us its pretty much get the hell off the table. I dont care if they had customers waiting or not thats their problem for not scheduling reservations properly. Both sets of parents said in all their lives theyve never been asked to leave the table. Tonight they lost faithful customers. And Ill never recommend them to anyone else ever again. Such a shame.

If I could I would Put a -5 this place rip me off big time. Charged me for something that was supposed to be included in the contract!!!! Threatened to call cops if I did not pay for the thing that was in my contract. I even showed him the contact had no price for the item he charged me for!!!! The owner is a snake!!! And will try to charge you for anything he can PELEASE DONT EAT HERE AGAIN I GIVE A -5 not even a 1 Oh and to Top it off he says for the "MISS COMUICATION" I'll give you a $50 gift certificate WHAT A JOKE!!! I will never ever go back to this place! If you want good food go to La Strada in Randolph amazing!

The atmosphere is very nice but the food is just good and the prices are way over price for what you get. Small portions with very heavy sauces. I ordered chicken sorrentino and it came with a red, heavy sauce with one two very small pieces of chicken, one piece of cheese and one piece of eggplant for $18!!! Fried callamari was very good and the sauce was very good too. If you want to leave hungry then go here and pay a lot for leaving hungry. Very disappointed wont be going back. Oh plus they do not grate their parmesan cheese at your table for the prices of the food they should leave the bar of cheese at your table to grate.

Finally made it here and glad we did. Stopped in on Sunday after a round of golf up the road. Husband ordered Veal Parm which he said was the best he has had in quite some time, but the portion was small. I ordered the Chicken Francaise and it was very good and the portion was much more reasonable - two larger breasts, or one sliced which is what we do at home anyway AND I had the other for lunch the next day. One glass of wine and two dinners, which came with salads, bruchetta and bread and butter came to just over $50. Reasonable for the area. Will return again and again.

Im suprised at the negative reviews. I have had only good experiences at Bellisima. I find the staff to be both friendly and professional. If you are a regular they remember you as soon as you walk in, always with a friendly greeting and they remember your favorite drink. The menu is typical for an Italian restaurant, but the daily specials are outstanding. The price point for this restaurant is right for the food and area. The special prices are somewhat higher, but appropriate for the dish. The energy level is high at the restaurant.

I wish I could tell you how the food was, but we never were seated. I had a reservation for 6:30pm but come 7:00pm they were still telling me "oh we are getting it ready now" Why do you take reservations if they are meaningless. I can make a reservation at Macaroni Grill on a Saturday night and be seated in 5 minutes. It did not seam like anyone was really even trying, I just kept getting the same smile and line but all I really wanted was some food. I am now sitting at the Mohawk House, who seated me immediately with no reservation.

They are extremely rude there, they act really nice... then as soon as you pay, they actually walk up to your table in front of everyone and ask you to leave because they have others waiting for your table!! Food is ok, nothing to write about, portions can be small in some of the menu selections and the desserts are terrible!! Very noisy because its too open, no privacy... so its not a romantic restaurant if you want romance and some privacy...

Do not believe the negative reviews. My wife and I have been going here for about 5 years and in the 20-30 times weve been here have never had a bad experience. The staff is always pleasant and courteous. The food is consistantly great and the prices are reasonable. Its one of the few places we recommend to friends without any reservation. Try it for yourself. We recommend it highly.

We had my daughters Communion party there yesterday and the food and service were both spectacular! Extremely happy! I wish I could give it more stars! All my guests raved about it and want to hold their events there as well. Thank you so much Casa Bellisima, fantastic job!!!!

went here with my gf. We had some pasta dishes which were reasonably priced and the food was very good. Also, after most of the patrons left, we were in a cozy, romantic area where we were able to have some fun. Waitress was most accomodating. Would go back!

Done with this place, when its busy the chefs can not handle large crowds food comes out cold it ruins your whole night. Service is slow it takes 15 minutes to get a drink. Its a shame it used to be a good place theres not many in Sussex County

My husband and I are new to the area and were looking for a good Italian restaurant for dinner. The food was WONDERFUL, fresh and different. The atmosphere was very pretty and relaxing. Servers were very attentive. Would recommend for sure.

The atmosphere is beautifully done however the food is not worth the prices they are charging! Very salty and that is an issue especially for salt sensitive people. I would recommend lowering the prices to fit the food quality!

The bread was delicious. The drinks were big and good. The veal and shrimp were way overcooked. I will never go there again. Nobody even asked us how our dinner was. It was NOT a good birthday dinner!!!!!
