*If I could give negative stars I would* As a college student, I prefer to order in over cooking 90% of the time so Im no stranger to how GOOD businesses handle their customers. Unlike other establishments, this place has horrendous customer service. I couldnt understand the woman who took my order over the phone so my order got messed up, which is no big deal. Things like that happen all of the time. Im not a high maintenance person so when I received my order and realized I had gotten the wrong thing I brushed it off and decided to keep it (the second time this has happened with this restaurant) after trying it and realizing that it tasted absolutely horribly, I called the restaurant so the right thing could be delivered, standard for when your order arrives and is not what you wanted. The same woman adamantly refused to have someone come deliver the correct item because they were "really busy." She then told me the only way I could get my correct item was if I paid for it because the thing that was wrongly delivered was "already made"... Any time Ive had this happen literally anywhere else the restaurant had been more than happy to deliver the correct meal free of charge because it was an accident. Ive never seen a restaurant give a paying, reoccurring customer attitude over a simple mistake. So rude. Never ordering again. Food is mediocre as well, you can definitely get better chinese for better prices with more appreciative management elsewhere. Dont waste your money

Reasonably priced. Food quality is above average. Will be my go to Chinese food take out location in New Brunswick.
