Came here at around 12:30 on a Saturday, empty. Plenty of seats available. Walked in with my boyfriend who is on the good looking side, the two girls who hosted (jennifer&nancy) us immediately looked at my boyfriend in a flirty way, I noticed but didnt really care. They saw me and their faces changed, I just thought it was a little funny. The girls were struggling to figure out to which empty table they should place us, one of the girls said "just put them in the back"(jennifer), we saw the back and it looked nice with windows, but it was actually the tables next to the kitchen in the back on the wall while there were so many other tables. The table was super dirty. That was super petty and basically ruined our appetite. We came to this ihop only because the ihop next to Menlo is usually full and tight, but never again! We ultimately asked to get moved and noticed that the table we were sitting at was used for the workers to count their money and relax. So very petty..

If I could give NO STARS I would. My family and I ordered a very big order to go and the lady on the phone (jennifer, shes clearly a problem that needs to be let go) repeated our order and STILL got it wrong. There was food missing and food we didnt ask for. My sister and I were very nice to Jennifer until she caught an attitude with us and told us that we were wrong about our order. She was rolling her eyes and interrupting us as we were trying to explain to her that a family member of mine specifically asked for a substitute and Jen told us that we couldnt do that. This has never happened to us and weve been going to this Ihop for YEARS. Very disappointed in their customer service thanks to Jen. Never going back.

They have the half off student discount and make one person pay for the entire table. Which is extremely stupid since one person has to pay a lot of money when theyre trying to pay for half their meal. This is common sense. Why do students have to pay for an entire table of food and why cant you just give everyone on the table a separate check. What type of restaurant refuses to give separate checks? Its not okay to give students a "discount" but actually screw them over instead.

Im not a huge fan of IHOP to begin with but this place is probably one of the worst locations around because of their poor service. The last time I went here we sat down at 8:30 and the server took our order and handed it to the kitchen and the clocked out. A buses brought us our food and then we had to wait and wait and wait for the manager to ring us up at the front. Everything moves in slow motion here even during the day. I would not recommend going here at all!

Weve been here plenty of times in the past & it wasnt bad....today on the other hand these girls are just sitting around chatting as we wait for her to take our order....as she tells her co worker about how shed never go on a blind date & yaddayaddayadda we all dont care about your boring love life...seriously shes loud & obnoxious & quite rude.... & my food sucked to boot....so much for a enjoyable breakfast yes I know its just ihop but wth with these kids

Horrible. The man was literally coughing on his hands when he was asking us for drinks. He got me the wrong drink too. The food was fine but very bad presentation. It was all sloppy. The man never came to check and we had to remind him the rest of the orders cause he didnt write the rest. Im pretty sure the rest of waiter were like this since they were all the same race. If you want great quality IHOP, go to Jersey City.

I love I hop but do not DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! my father got good poisoning and me and my wife waited literally 20 min without someone asking what we wanted to drink and left people waiting to be seated and then when they seated them they received their food before we even ordered drinks!! Horrible service. All the staff does is talk in the back and not work do me and her walked out to the steak house next door

Go to your local mom and pop breakfast eatery or diner. Strongly reccomend to avoid here. Food was terrible for 2 out of the 3 of us. Eggs are all cooked with some nasty tasting additive. Sausage tastes terrible. Hash browns arent thoroughly cooked and anything battered in egg also tastes terrible. Most of the food came out barely warm and the attitude of servers and management was unprofessional.

I will never return to this location, the Waiter was the worst as he took the longest to bring the food out to the table, as I requested hot syrup. My husband was finished his food entirely and I was getting so up set as I am looking at the Waiter go in/out the kitchen while texting on his phone. This was so unacceptable as there was only 4 tables being used, do to it was empty.

Had a bad experience paying my bill. The issue I saw was with training their employees. Two staff members argued how to process my payment. Then the manager had to get involved to fix it. This all took 20 mins with about 6 people behind me trying to pay their bill. Managers need to train the employees better. The employees performance reflects on the managers

You must have transportation to get here, no buses or bus stops in sight.This is a good place to have a good meal.I had the shrimp&crab omelette and it was pretty good. I had food left over and it came home with me. Our server was really nice as well as the host. Good experience for us. Ill go back because everything was well prepared for us.

(Wish I could give ZERO stars) This Ihop is near me and Ive literally watched it go down the tubes. Slow service and poor management (if any). Unprofessional staff. Got sick here TWICE. Ihop has seriously gone downhill. The staff would rather sit around and text than do their jobs. NEVER AGAIN!

They CONSISTENTLY mess up takeout orders. Literally every other time we order something, theres something missing in the order. Its to the point where I have to double and triple check my order if Im getting takeout. Eating in is just fine, though. The staff is awesome.

Dont get me wrong, Im a fan of IHOP and this location is usually spot on with their customer service.. but tonight it was horrible. The pancakes were undercooked, and my waitress was more focused on her phone then waiting her tables! Never going to this location again.

I been to this ihop a few times and well most other ihops are good this one always served my food either lukewarm or cold which i had to send back only to get it back slightly hotter. I blame the wait staff because they are very slow even during non busy hours

The only reason this place stays open is cause its 24 hours. The Staffing sucks. Ive been there on numerous occasions where there is only one waiter or waitress covering 8 or 9 tables of 3 or more . Every one is on there phone all the time.
