From start to finish, Fuze Italian is always a delight. Beautifully charming people around every corner. An engaging and captivating atmosphere. Well kept and graceful. And the food is sublime! Time honored traditional and cutting edge eclectic. You just cannot go wrong stepping out at this establishment. This has become a must do at the shore both with our whole family and as part of a night to ourselves. We are hopeful to be making many, many years of Fuze memories.

Some of the best Italian food we have ever eaten and plentiful servings too. Service was exceptional. The only issue we had was being seated near a party of 10-12, who were quite boisterous. One of the gentlemen with the group came to our table to apologize for his fellow diners, which was appreciated. The dining area wasnt designed to absorb extraneous noise, but weve noticed this about other restaurants as well.

People come to Avalon to vacation and enjoy the beach, but if you want to eat something youre in trouble. Fuze is yet another disappointing restaurant in this town. Over salted, uneventful food with large peice tags. Not sure why the people living and renting these multi million dollar homes accept such mediocre cuisine but it is so common place in this town its scary and has become the norm.
