Myself and 5 friends stopped for a beer and something to eat. I ordered a shrimp cocktail. It took about 45 minutes to be served. The place was almost empty. The excuse I got was that the shrimp had to be cooked and then had to be cooled so that my shrimp cocktail could be cold. Come on now. Im surprised they didnt say they had to go catch the shrimp. The shrimp cocktail was good but not worth the wait. If we ever stop here again it will just be for a beer.

The Watering hole is a hidden gem. Sundays in the warmer months they have an out door bar with live music. The food is out of this world. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I ride there from Pennsylvania just for Byrons smokehouse chicken. They have horseshoe pits volleyball nets as well as a baseball field. Its biker and family friendly. Hope our paths cross there some time.

The Watering hole is the best place. Food is excellent .. The onion soup is the best I have had in a long time.. If you stop by give it a try... Wings are the best too. The wings are tasty. ..mild sauce and garlic rocks.. Look for their specials.. Ask for RANDY OR RIAN OR PAUL.. tell them Lorraine and Jerry from FSR Recommended them.

Its the "Cheers!" of Mays Landing; where everyone knows your name. The food is great and the service is efficient and attentive. Try the Perogies and the soft tacos; both are excellent. Love the outside bar in the summer with live bands. All in all a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Way to go Byron!

the food is on believable for a bar so good had muscles a big salad a hamburger They have keibasi and perogis on the menu how can you beat that live bands on sundays in the summer outdoor bar you can smoke at highly highly recommended

An hidden Oasis on the way to the shore! Delicious food & friendly people!!! With a history lesson to boot! It used to be an old stage coach stop in the 1900s!! Very cool old place!

Large portions, affordable prices. Highly recommend the jalapeño burger and the wings are jumbo, cant beat it for 75 cents a piece. Will be back!
