Cashiers were very nice, but some people in the kitchen are not... including the one in shirt and slack. I guess he is the manager. My son and I had ordered and paid by credit card using touchscreen menu; other people ordered at the counters after us, yet their food was ready before ours. Its the first time we ordered using the touchscreen display and the chip, so I wondered how our order made after others. The manager and some people in the kitchen laughed at and acted like I was a fool. Then, I told them that "nothing was funny, dont laugh". In my opinion, the manager was not professional. Instead of having a good explanation or pretending to say sorry for the technology error, he just made fun of me for other people to laugh.

Weve been to this Panera numerous times. They always seem to be out of something. The last time , it was quinoa and oatmeal cookies. Today its apple cider vinager dressing , kale and apples as a side. Really ? Youre out of apples and kale ? Also ,it doesnt seem very clean. Its not dirty But its not clean either Anyway , I think were goi g to try to find another Panera near by

Manager was very very polite. I have been to many of these establishments and this on is the best so far. I traveled from Trenton NJ to go to the restore and was very happy to see a Panera bread. I may travel back just because of the service and atmosphere.

Decent lunch option, but I enjoy it more for just some coffee and a pastry. My wife and I have started using it for a casual date breakfast place. Free refills on coffee is good for lingering and catching up.

Very good place. I just went for the first time and the food was great, the decor is really nice, the service is good, and you will spend about the same as you would if you went to a fast food joint.

Dirty and dumpy looking place. The girl at the register is more interested in selling you a membership than getting your order correct. 2pm and almost all bagels are gone, poor choice in drinks.

Friendly employees. Ordering can be a little slow. Tables also need to be cleaned faster during busy hours. Always wish the French Onion soup was hotter, but everything else is good!

"You get what you pay for" and I sure dont mind it here. The Sesame Asian Chicken Salad and dressing is AMAZING! Green Tea is my fav and Cheddar & Broccoli soup always tastes fresh!

Typical Panera quality. Clean, well designed and run. We used the new self-order tablets which I liked. Sandwich was very tasty but a little smallish.
