Seems like the manager has something personal against me. When ever I deal with him. Something always goes wrong, Perhaps I should change my last name when I call, I cant figure it out, Ive never given him any reason to dislike me, but it is obvious that he has a personal issue with me, and its sad that I cant prove it, and it makes me look bad, well tonight was the night I was tired of the games, I called him a jerk to his face and confronted him with my burnt sweet potato fries , he acts like he is clueless , I seriously doubt he is, to many things have happened while he is there . He is so rude too, I dont know how or why hes still working there,. The two co-owners are very professional & kind. The manager shouldnt be working in this establishment with his attitude. I wonder if anyone else feels the same way about this manager. He could definitely benefit from taking a course in social behavior, and maybe anthropology And he needs to work on being less rigid, . He lost his cool with me and , that was a big no, no , unprofessional.

Today was our 4th time to Burger Bros and every time our experience is amazing. We met Danny, the owner, The first time dining at Burger Bros. Danny, his staff and the Burger Bros establishment is very welcoming. Danny made it a point to ask if it was our first time dining and when he found out that it was - he took the time to explain the concept and menu of Burger Bros. The staff is very well trained and has excellent customer service skills. We were checked in on to see how our experience was going. Every time we visit we are remembered by Danny and his staff (mostly because my boyfriend orders 3 burgers for himself and finishes them) The food is outstanding and tonight we got to talk with Danny even more and found out that he uses local farms for his produce and ingredients. JUST ANOTHER AMAZING REASON why we will drive 45+ minutes to eat at Burger Bros.

Best local burger! Everything tasted super fresh. The lettuce wrapped burger is an excellent gluten-free choice (they do offer gf rolls). And there great non-beef choices, including turkey & fish burgers. My son wont touch a burger, but he loved his grilled chicken ranch wrap. The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. We loved it so much, I used the online ordering from my cell phone & brought it home for dinner two nights later. I hope they open one by my office!!!

The fries are awful. The shakes and burgers are the best Ive ever had in my life, and trust me, I can eat. Overall its great, great service, environment, etc. Just stay away from the fries
