I have been going to this place for years. The food is great here. However, in recent years the services there could care less about paying customers. The times I have gone, my family was over looked to be seated in order to seat their friends and family. We have tried to reserve tables and was denied stating that they didnt take reservations at the time and when we get there, there are tables reserved for their friends/family. Also, once seated our table wasnt served as well as the tables that servers had acquaintances. I am truly disappointed because this use to be my favorite place to go eat and now I feel that they dont care about their paying customers.

Ahmazing. Love going here even if it means I got to look for street parking which can be a little tough in this area. I have frequented this restaurant numerous times and have never left disappointed. The portion sizes are generous and the prices very reasonable on both food and beverage. The sangria is great and can deceiving but I always order the large pitcher. The Bitoque is my favorite. I recommend coming when you have time to sit and enjoy; food can take a bit to come out but all good things are worth waiting for.

While waiting to be seated could take a while on weekends, the food is worth the wait.The T-bone with rice and fries is a must! Quite possibly, never had better made rice. Cant believe I am gloating about the rice alone, but is that good! The seafood menu is quite excellent and commendable as well. All in all, small place with great taste given the limited dining options in the area!

Very pleasant and clean place. Busy lunch crowd. Very local crowd. The buzz was in Portuguese (what would one expect,lol) Service was good. Lots of smiles and the food (ticket) time was approx 9-11minutes. Huge portion. Good food. I had Chicken with Clams and cubed potatoes. They served olives and bread. Couldnt finish. Delicious.

Absolutely fantastic experience dining is phenomenal. ... Staff treatment is like a family. . I been eating in this restaurant for the past 20 year and the only complaint is..... Easy access from Staten Island. Cozy atmosphere. Lovely servers. Great food. The Flan is out of this worlds. Appetizer, main course, dessert, alcohol and tip for 4 people came to less than $40 per person. Headed back there tonight. Strongly suggest making reservations. Very popular place and I can see why.
