Absolutely the best in town! Well worth it! The portions are large enough to share (if you are willing) and the customer service is outstanding! Our first few meals we played it "safe" and only got the chicken, but lately weve tried other things on the menu and I must say we have NEVER been dissatisfied. Even the soup was the best Ive ever had! The quality of the food and service has been consistent, if not improved, each time weve gone here. If youre looking for a local restaurant to support or try out you cant go wrong here! Thank you Manville BBQ for always providing quality food and service! I wish you many profitable years to come!

Found Manville BBQ tonight. Authentic South American BBQ. Excellent food, clean restaurant, Ricardo is a fabulous host/chef/owner... The empanadas were the best that Ive had in the area, the chicken and pork ribs were juicy and very tasty, the rice and beans were delicious and the vinegrette on the salad was fresh and flavorful. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ricardo for a most enjoyable dining experience.

the best bbq outside of the Uruguay and Argentina. Ricardo knows what hes talking about. wood coal cooked...its the way to go. He brings the flavors of Uruguay to NJ. Best bbq i have had in the US. Go in and check it out! you wont regret it. amazing food with even better prices

This place was horrible!! Food was not good at all the cook made it a point to ask us how we wanted our meat cooked and we told him well done...well when we got home to eat the meat was practically bleeding over our rice. BBQ 28 in Bound Brook is way better. Def not worth it.

Fantastic!!!!! Ricardo is the best. We go about once a month and have never been disappointed. The food is tremendous, the portions are huge and the value cant be beat. The best barbecue we have ever had!!!!

Best BBQ in town. The Owners are from Uruguay, Google Uruguay BBQ or Asado and see what I mean. These people can grill. Best place for lunch with a great menu.
