Would do just fine in Texas. Ribs and brisket are perfect. Sides are fine (maybe add some plain white bread for those who want?). Beans and slaw are better-than-expected. Best real Texas BBQ in NJ / Phil / NYCity that I have tasted and Ive sampled a few.

very good bbq.Its a stand with a few tables in the trrenton market.The people running it are very friendly.I had the pulled pork sandwich which was on par with bbq joints down south

Great ribs and on Friday afternoons there is often live music. Get there early or youll be in line and not have a seat.
