Im a teen, and the Nautilus Diner is the one place I cant stand. My parents take me there every week and I have something different everytime. So far, the only thinks Id get again are pancakes. Pros: great service, good location. Cons: not so great food. The only dishes that taste good there are the breakfast meals and the kids menu. As an alternative, I like the Broadway Diner in Summit ten times better.

Not the best of diners to say the least. We were lead to a dirty table with excessively spotty silverware, our drinks were served in cracked glasses. The food was served almost instantly which lead us to believe that it was not at all prepared fresh. one good thing to say, the bathrooms were in working order and didnt make one cringe.Gordon ramsey where are you?

Not impressed we orderesd Black and Blue bugers. they were undercooked (medium and we asked for well) dry and tasteless, blue cheese was awful not like blue cheese. Fries were good! The atmosphere was not good all the tables are squashed to close together could hardly move!

Really friendly staff. They remember the names of their regulars. Their daily soups are all made from scratch. Try the vegetable soup, which is especially good. Not sure which diner the previous reviewer is talking about, but this one is spotless.

Worst diner EVER in NJ. NJ is known for diners. This is a dirty, greasy hole. Locals call it the Nauseous Diner. Pitiful, dirty place run by ignorant slobs. They dont even have real Taylor Ham. DO NOT EAT HERE if you like...um. Food.

The food here is pretty below average and too expensive for a diner. The portions are small. The staff is mostly inattentive. Been here on several occasions and would much rather drive 20 minutes further for much better diners.

I ate here for years when I lived in Convent Station. Return yesterday to find it apparently sold and the food was expensive and terrible. So sad to see another gem in such a wonderful town fall by the way side.

Its diner food, expect a great breakfast and alright dinner items. Relatively clean and roomy booths. I recommend you stick with the standard diner menu items even though they have a very wide selection.

This place is great. My favorite items are the Cuban Panini (good ingredients and large size), and the Pulled Pork Sandwich. They make some of the best fries Ive ever had, and their soups are terrific!

Great food and great atmosphere just moved to town and has always had a positive dining experience at this place. Try the Mac and cheese bites they are incredible.
