I went to this outlet on the 02/08 weekend and It was Okay to be have my meal here. Firstly, the store shares the same mall as the Walmart so most the people visiting here are people mostly visiting Walmart than anything else. Otherwise as well, the location of the store not very appealing... it is off the main route ..so somebody would hop into this store only if they searched their GPS/map or thy have been here earlier... the signage is not very visible from the main route. Enough about the location.. lets get to the point.. the food .... The ambiance of the store is good .. I happen to visit it in the evening and it was a pleasant view from inside the restaurant .. the food here was Okay ... the service was a little slacky ... had to wait for quite sometime before the food arrived ... till then we were on coffee. The Pancakes were soft and smooth .. 4 choices of the syrups to pour on it... overall a store you can visit if you have time and got no store/restaurant more interesting to move in.

Came here with kids, and we were neglected by the wait staff. No food for 40 minutes and our glasses allowed to sit empty. Had to ask for help twice in a nearly empty restaurant. Other families nearby were in a worse situation (crying, hungry children), but couples that came late were served quickly. We also received a surcharge for substitutions we were not told about when we ordered, and two of the dishes came out wrong. Very dissatisfied with the service --- food was fine.

I was here on July 19, 2017. Place was relatively empty at 2pm. Still waited 20 minutes for simple breakfast food. After food was served I had to ask for silverware. My over easy egg were raw inside, hash browns barely cooked, and waffle ice cold. My so s cheesecake pancake had no cheesecake and sausage so overcooked he couldnt bite them. Ive had bad foid there before. Thought Id give it another chance. Same thing. Not getting a 3rd chance

It was horrible the service was extremely slow the French Toast ( that I got) were okay but the crepes ( that my friend got) were absolutely disgusting just looking at it made me want to throw up . There were barely any people there and it was still ridiculously slow !and the waiters just lounged! The food was also a little pricey for something so nauseating. Big thumbs down!!!

It was a little hard to find when youre unfamiliar with the area. Its in the corner. Server was friendly and dining area was clean. She was good to give me the kids eat free discount even though I didnt see it still being advertised. Restroom was decent (Not the cleanest, but not the worst Ive been in either). Price was very reasonable for what we got.

Got stuck in a corner, ended up with poor service and most of the food was cold. Only giving it two starts because the tastes of the cold food wasnt awful. We didnt send it back because it took far too long to get it in the first place. Wont be going back anytime soon. Go to the one in Parsippany first.

I see some of the poor review and I am surprised and this was not my experience. I was there Sunday and was seated within a few minutes (this was after first going to their Parsippany location which was crowded) Our waitress was friends and attentive and our food was fine. No complaints at all.

Staff and food timely. Pointed out cleanliness issues (sticky booth walls, bathroom door) last visit 10 days ago. No change. In fact now the ladies room floor sticks to my shoes, door still sticky. Eeww! Makes me wonder how the kitchen is.

Not gonna lie, expectations werent high, but the salad I had there was delicious. Wife felt the same way. They have a kids eat free promotion running as well. Even without it, the prices are more than reasonable.

IHOP on Wootton is wonderful. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and our meals were delicious!! I appreciate their expanded menu; my salad was perfect and fresh.
