I BOUGHT THE PENNE VODKA YESTERDAY IT WAS DISGUSTING, IT DIDNT LOOK NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR, IT WAS RED SAUCE WHICH VODKA ITS COLOR PINK, NO PEAS NO PROSCIUTTO. SO NASTY!! I WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE SINCE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THEY DID THE SAMETHING, ALL THEY TOLD ME AFTER THEY BRING ME THE PENNE WITH RED SAUCE WAS SORRY WE DIDNT HAVE THE CREAM, THEN I HAVE TO EAT WHAT YOU WANT NO WHAT I PAY FOR..?? THE LADIES ARE NICE , BUT THE KITCHEN NASTY!! AND GUESS WHERE THE ALMOST $20 DOLLARS DISH ENDED?? IN THE GARBAGE.

Rude hostess and terrible service. Waiter waited over 15 minutes to tell me there were no baked potatoes, and later another 5 to tell me I couldnt have a side salad as my side. I spent almost half and hour in the restaurant, I never got my food, the hostess berated me for not wanting to have french fries as my side and on top of all had to pay 6 dollars for a complementary coup of soup. Worst restaurant experience in my life, only giving one star because zero stars is not an option.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My friends and I, (Party of 14) went to have lunch there and upon arriving, I noticed how dirty it was. Even the seats - It had crumbs everywhere. The waitress was very rude to us. The food was good but my orange juice had 3 pieces of hair in it. When it came time to pay, the staff was very impatient and even told one of my friends to "hurry up" with her money. My friends were extremely disappointed with this diner. Never again will we return.

Have not been here since new owners took over. Place is much cleaner and remodeled a bit with new counters. Wait staff was much friendlier. Had an Italian Omelette which was very good. Huge in size with hash browns and toast. I only eat butter and the cup of butter they provided wasnt butter. No packets. Big drawback for me but I will go back.

First time here and waited about 20 minutes for my food. The chefs friends came in and the chef ordered the waitress to serve his friends food before mine...and she listened. I almost walked out. Im a business owner who knows about excellent service and this was not a good look for the restaurant. They gave me a cookie as an apology, go figure!

Waitress gave a rude attitude when a friend wanted to do his own order and separate check. She tried to put other peoples orders on his check and charged him more. They even put gratuity on his check when its only two things on the order. It took way too long for our orders to come out. Never coming back again.

The quality of food has declined dramatically since its become Americana Diner.. Tonight Ive purchased my last Well done bacon cheeseburger deluxe.. It came bloody and with no bacon on it. I guess they ran out of pickles, my fries were covered with avocados...

Delicious breakfast, kid friendly, nice and prompt service, rarely a wait although we come early and see a wait later in the morning as we leave. Try the California pancakes, full of fresh berries and light and fluffy. Happy this is in WO. Parking available.

I had a veggie burger, fries and coffee, my brothers got pancakes and gyros. All was well. I made sure to treat the waitress well since i read mixed reviews online, and everything went smoothly. It was my first time there.

The diner has a smell to it the needs to addressed and cleaned...the Windows and chrome need to be cleaned...it really needs a good tune up ...close for a month and redo the meñu and the diner..
