The customer crowd encountered inside is 99% a bunch of stressed out jackasses who require a back hand up-side their heads to be snapped out of it, but I didnt want to do it because I didnt feel like hearing the screaming from them after. The sandwiches, hogies ect, are all nice for a basic flavor profile, they also sell lots of cool drinks that I tried and found awsome! The staff had their stuff together for somewhat of a part but seriously could use more communication amoung each other, I mean the kitchen is almost silent, Never a good sign! More selection of hard core Italian imported deli meats would be nice to have a selection of but Im betting the usual crowd mostly white- whites never heard of stuff like it nor could stand the advance flavor, so I understand why its not sold.

Excellent place for lunch. Its a pick-up and go kind of place as there is not much in the way of seating. The selection is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. The specials are always enjoyable and varied. Been a patron to this place for more than a decade and cannot say its ever been a bad experience. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. Lunch time rush is around 11:45 to 12:30 so be aware that wait times can be high as the customer traffic increases. Highly recommend the grouper and the daily sub specials.

This place is 100% PURE Awesome!!! Hole in the wall type place, amazing once inside. True locals gem, huge menu, best food in the whole entire town. In the last year added so much more new stuff.. its obvious, these people take pride in their work.. and love what they do. Always, so clean. I trust them to feed my family and do eat here several times a week. Long live the Franklin Corner Deli!

I just got a new job in the area about a month ago and found this little place for lunch. They have the friendliest staff! The girl at the front counter, Mia, always has a smile on her face and is nice to everyone. Their Cuban sandwich and grilled cheeses are delicious! I just had a mozzarella/tomato/basil wrap and it was the best one ive ever had. 5 stars!

Customer service is one of the best I seen at a deli. The people treat you like friends. Food is good and the drinks they have will serve all kinds of eaters there. From the snacks and side dishes they have they are obviously worried about quality when they serve non gmo products. Over all a great place.

One of the best places to grab lunch in the area. Extensive menu for both hot and cold food. Dont shy away from the premade sandwiches they are some of the best in the store. Youll be pleasantly surprised with the quick service and great tasting food.

I wouldnt exactly say "hole in the wall". Joe, George and the guys have worked incredibly hard to update and renovate menu and inside. Prices are decent, food is great and staff is awesome. Ive never said "local gem" in my life, but I will here.
