Just left the place. First off the owner talked to me like I was stupid because I ordered a half a hoagie and theirs only comes in small and regular. Chalked it off as a better than though "Ginny". As I was leaving I saw some pasta I wanted to buy. I picked it up and stood at the front register where a woman, Im assuming the guys wife, was taking a phone order. She finished the order and walked away to put it in to the prep area. She then walks back to the front, ignoring me all together, and puts something on a shelf. At this point I say to myself, "self, if she does one more thing Im out of here". She then proceeds to arranges some items on the counter behind her. Left the pasta, took the hoagie.

I try and get to Abbruzzis every weekend to stock up on great food for the week. We love the chicken cutlets and the meatballs. The sandwiches are the best in town. Also the strombolis are delicious and they have a variety of meat and non-meat to fit everyones needs. I tend to buy a couple and keep them in the freezer. On top of the great food the staff is amazing. Just cant say enough good things about this place.

Have ordered from here twice and both times the sandwiches were good. Looks like there are alot of regulars because the man at the register seemed to be on a first name basis. I didnt give four stars because the in store ordering area was crowded and you didnt know if the person in front of you was in line to order or pick up. Suggest you order online and pick up in store.

From Italian groceries and specialty items to prepared foods, you wont be disappointed. The sandwiches are well prepared and tasty with a wide selection of choices. Keep in mind that quality is more important than quantity. And better quality is definitely what youll find here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is always clean.

Outstanding sandwiches. You can build a custom sandwich if you want to go off-menu. My favorite is the veggie sandwich with provolone. Really the gold standard in gourmet sandwiches. They also carry the high-end fresh and dry pastas from the various outstand local purveyors. Pasta sauces and pestos are top notch. A local treasure.

Very nice people that own it and all the employees as well. Food is always very fresh and delicious. We love the Strombolis, especially Meatball parm and the Veggie. If you are looking for a really good Italian Deli in South Jersey this is the place. My Sicilian neighbors love it too!
