My wife went to pick up dinner today March 14th at the Marlton NJ location, pulled in at 6:53pm and as she is pulling up she sees the girl working there run to the door, lock the door and turn off the open sign. She walked up to the door and pulled on the door, it was locked and the girl stood there and just looked at her. I called three times at 10 minutes after 7pm when they close to speak to a manager, no answer. How unprofessional, counter-intuitive, lazy and stupid can you be. I worked in a restaurant for 6 years and would happily serve guests that walked in 7 minutes before we closed, because its business and its the right thing to do. We went to wawa, and from now on we wont be bothering with this Primo location, maybe not primo at all. Sorry, I am very disappointed. Primos, your subs arent bad, but how can I get to them if you lock me out during your hours of operation? Two thumbs down.

I called in to this location today around 3:30pm needing a hoagie tray for tomorrow. I tried 2 other places that would not complete the order without 48 hours notice. The girl at Primos 1st told me they usually need 24 hours to make a hoagies tray, but would happily help me out. On a Sunday afternoon they prepared my order in less than and hour. Great service! Ill definitely be coming back!

Bada Bing!!! Or the Roast Beef Schwartzie are my favorite sandwiches. They have a great selection of sides to pair with any order. We always end up leaving with fresh mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
