This place is amazing. They have really great beans and skilled baristas that turns out incredible caffeinated drinks!!! Their cappacunio is top notch and my go to in all of jersey city. Have also fired their iced lattes, cortados, various pastry items and all have been very delicious. We come at least weekly (because we have to drive here as it is not walkable from our home) but definitly more if they were closer!!!

Sorry Hoboken, been to your "Top 3 Coffee Shops" but this one beats it hands down. Tucked away in a cross intersection on Communipaw Avenue, if you ever wanna sit down and enjoy a serious but aromatic cup of joe,you re here. Definitely worth the drive or walk depending where ur coming from.Great staff,clean,and just cool vibe...enjoy!

As a small business owner myself, cant think of a better way to fuel myself but with some Grind Shop Coffee. Both the hot coffee and ice coffee are solid options. This is a nice boutique style coffee shop with a very welcoming seating area. I also enjoy the small pastries including the chocolate croissant and doughnut options.

Got a pretty good iced latte today. They have limited milk options (only had whole or skim) but maybe Im just being spoiled by Starbucks. The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. Really like the minimal design, props to the decorator. They have Planet Donut donuts on weekends here which is cool.

It was a great place to work! Its cozy and super clean. The staff are friendly and you can see that different kinds of people like coming in here. It is a very modern setup and probably the only food/beverage joint on the whole street that takes card. Definitely worth 5/5 stars!

This is the best coffee in the neighborhood! The staff is amazing, always courteous and fast. They also have donuts from donut plant on weekends and theyre amazing. I have to stop myself from buying more :) I hope they keep expanding ... maybe up the hill a bit to Bergen?

Small, cozy place with a nice ambiance. The coffee, teas, and pastries are great. They have an open Mic night but its a different crowd than those that frequent the spot during the day. A lot of young people, teenagers to early 20s. Otherwise, great, great place!

Fantastic addition to the neighborhood. Great La Colombe coffee prepared perfectly, excellent pastries (including Donut Plant on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays), good music and atmosphere, and friendly employees. Basically everything youd want in a coffee shop.

Had an espresso, which was correctly made and very good. My wife had the cold brew, and it was actually very delicious. The staff was also very friendly. Nice interior, but the seats werent the most comfortable for heavy people like me.
