I love my neighborhood Starbucks. My wife and I stop by at least once a week for our refreshing drinks. Theres a lady that seemed to be the manager (I did not know her name as she didnt have a nametag), she was very nice, polite and friendly. Im a Veteran, therefore I asked her if Starbucks offers any deals for Veterans, she mentioned that they dont have that option on their register but that she will offer me a free drink. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to her for the offer. I ordered Strawberry Cream with whip cream and my wife got the cold Green Tea Latté. I must say Jonah did a marvelous job on our drinks, both our drinks had the right amount of sugar content. It tasted divine! The meals and drink makes Starbucks the place to indulge, but the staff is what makes it a joy and a pleasure to visit. They did an outstanding job!

I come here a lot after or before work I work for the apple store in manhattan 5th avenue I live blocks away from this Starbucks I enjoy the service manger Ken hes awesome he usually works I believe afternoons and weekends however their is was lead manager named Samantha red head freckles girls get rude and not polite at all anyhow I enjoy and I love to Go to this Starbucks anyways been coming here for little over 5 years use to be a partner for Starbucks at Gsp mall many years ago. However their lines yes are quite long at times so Im rating them 4 stars but besides that the food is good would be nice if they made this place a tad bit bigger inside or even outside seating.

All I can say is discussing!! Waited and the the young lady working on the cash register says to her coworker " thats why she hates people" mind you shes referring to a customer that she got their order wrong!! Then the coworker fixed every drink together for myself and 2 other customers, and just starts yelling out everyone orders. I watched her make my drink and it involves sharing but was never done!!! I will never be back with service like this and to think my first mind said go to Starbucks in hasbrouck heights!!!! Beware!!!

Love this Starbucks, I go there all the time! Its super clean, the staff is friendly and the drinks are great. I didnt rate it a 5 star because the lines and waiting time can be quite long. When I went, I waited 10 minutes until I asked them what happened with my drink. There was also a pack of people waiting but overall, the place is great and I highly recomend it!!

This place is always crowded. We placed a mobile order which should have been ready in 10 minutes but ended up taking about 25 minutes. Our order was not delivered at the same time and I had to ask what happened to my final item after the previous items were already prepared and delivered. I think they need another Starbucks in the vicinity of this one.

Drive thru service is ok. Going inside was disappointing. Staff was more concerned with talking to their friends then preparing my order. The guy who rang me up got everything wrong. When someone was trying to help fix my order a woman working the food area said while its not my problem he walked away and continued talking to her friend.

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the wait time in line. Clean, well stocked, great coffee, employees were pretty much always the same--so they recognized me, knew what my order was, and I went there daily sometimes twice in a day, so occasionally I was given a free coffee ( not through their Starbucks purchase program).

This is my favorite Starbucks location! The people here are sweet, welcoming and never fail to put a smile on my face. They take great care of their customers and make the finest drinks! Ive been going here for three years and dont plan to stop anytime soon. Please visit this location when you get a chance!

I absolutely love this place. The employees know me and know what I want without telling them. The store is clean, the one and only prothrombin problem is that there is not much seating and some people just literally stay here for hours and dont buy a thing.

This was the worst Starbucks I have been to. The Barista was so slow and looked so confused. I drink Starbucks daily but I usually go to locations in NYC but this location needs to take some tips from other locations that are use to having more traffic.

I love salted caramel frappe and mocha frappe there.. although they r making good coffee.. smiley staff.. Good aura of store.. One of my fav starbucks. Tried strawberry n cream.. green tea latte. You will like it. Cake pops i like it

The staff here are very friendly. If ever there is a mistake or problem they take care of it right away. Store is clean. At times, it gets very crowded and loud. The only problem I see is how slow Corporate responds to issues.

Wow, this is the ONLY Starbucks Ive been in last 2 years (thats a lot of Starbucks, believe me) that agreed to lower down the music, which in 99.9% cases is EXTREMELY annoying and loud!!! Thanks guys, I love this place now :)

Super busy and packed with Hackensack Hospital visitors and staff. The staff do a great job of staying pleasant and keeping the place clean. If you dont mind waiting or crowds this is a good Starbucks.
