I havent been to a Taco Bell in at least 10 years, if not longer. However I decided to give it a try recently. The staff was so nice, they went above and beyond to make sure that the customers were satisfied! :) As a manager myself, I tend to critique employees reactions to situations, in almost an observational manner. That being said, I commend the management on the customer service skills that their employees have! :) It makes me want to return (more often than in the past!

Sign says open at 7am yet no one is there working until after 8, order is almost always wrong in some way shape or form nor do they ever include napkins and whenever you ask for a frozen drink that machine is always "not working" . The food is on par with the rest of the stores but theres serious lack of communication and misrepresentation

The food is the same quality as youd ever expect from Taco Bell, but Im giving it 5 stars for customer service. They got the nicest employees of any fast food place Ive been to in my life, and Ive dealt with about 5 different employees over time, each very nice.

Was stuck in the drive thru for over 30 mins, then when we got our food, half ny order was undercooked, and my root beer tasted like ass. On top of it, they stiff me on my hot sauces. Wont be going back for a while.

Im a big fan of Taco Bell, but this location is NOT FAST food.. the drive thru was so long I went inside. Twenty minutes after ordering I am still waiting for my food!!

Every now and then they mess up an order, but theyll always correct it with out giving you a hard time. As with any Taco Bell, there can be brutal waits at night.

The upgrade to this Taco Bell has made it much nicer the parking lot needs to be redone but other than that its very clean and well-maintained.
