I have recently made reservations at Villaggio Iccara for my birthday. When I arrived, I was informed my table reservation was moved to a different section of the restaurant from the private room. They said they didnt want to rush my party since they had another party coming in after. This wasnt nearly as bad as our waitress coming over to me before we even had a chance to order our main course, telling me that we needed to be done by 7 since they had yet another reservation. This was a first for me, as I have never been rushed out of a restaurant before, nor embarassed in fron of my guests. I ended up leaving with my birthday cake and finishing the party at home. Its a shame because to be fair, the food was actually pretty good.

Very elegantly decorated restaurant, and the pizza is great. The staff comes off as a bit stuck up. They all seem to be in some sort of Italian connection code. Aside from the pizza, the other dishes Ive tried have been slightly all above average. I cant say Ive ever had anything bad from here, and I go all the time. The prices are fair, not cheap, but not expensive.

My husband and I dine at Villaggio Iccara on a regular basis including many Valentines Day dinners, birthdays, etc. I love the place and the food is consistently wonderful. Great specials! Only complaint the menu on the website is outdated; items on there they no longer offer such as Lidias picata. We have recommended to many friends who have gone and loved it.

We had a lovely late lunch last Wednesday. It was quite crowded but we were seated so that our party had enough room so that we could carry on a conversation. I had the chicken saltimbocca with Angel hair pasta. The portions were sumptuous and flavorful. Our waitress was very attentive and professional.

Be aware called Dec 6 for a party of 12@ 630onnew year eve . The lady who made reservation called to confirm everything today. They are stating they dont have it down it was over looked by the owner. They ruined plans for 12 people.so never depend on them with reservations. They may ruin your night too

My sister recommended this place to me. She said she was there a few years earlier & it was good. Well something must have changed. The service was down right horrible. The server never came back to the table to see if we needed anything. The food was good but not worth the wait & horrible service.

We were in NJ taking care of some stuff and it was already late afternoon, we came across this place with great ratings both on yelp and google... It did live by its ratings... Our server was very kind and the menu complemented the hospitality... Italian food for the champions!! (by the champions)

We rated this a two, just because the decor was very nice., staffing friendly. This our first time rating restaurant on line. The AC was to high, several people complained, anybody who has real Italian taste buds should not eat here. It comes off as elegant Italian it actually cheap knockoff .

Love Iccara for all things Italian. The pizza has always been the best in the area - even before John opened the new dining room. Then he added the full menu, which managed to even upstage the pizza. Great Italian and they always keep the menu fresh with awesome specials.

Their pizza is the best! Their italian food in general is very good - as good as some of the established Italian places in Chambersburg, but a bit less expensive. If you want Italian food, this is a good place to go, very convenient, and the service is pretty good.

Good food and friendly service. Very busy on the weekend. Always get a nice table & usually request main room. Seafood always good and fresh. Pasta and sauces excellent. Warm fresh rolls are wonderful to dip in the olive oil always on table while waiting.

Online menu prices are not up to date. This place was chosen based upon location and menu prices, and although the prices wont break the bank, they are about $5 more then the prices listed on their site.
