I was in your Baldwin Store on 7/17. I have been to your place at least 50 times since you first opened. Yesterday, I was far from pleased. You had a man at the hibachi who insisted on altering my food. As usual, I take noodles, onions, broccoli, a slice of meat and garlic. As I was taking the garlic, the man told me not to take garlic as it would upset my stomach. I smiled and took it anyway, he proceeded to take my garlic off my food as he cooked it. Keep in mind there were other people there including my own family who were all allowed to keep their garlic. The other people on line were all complaining that he was putting too many orders on the grill as he had two rows of grilling food. He was forgetting to add sauces to dishes, mixed meat into a person who had only seafood and burnt some other portions. He decided that I was to have no sauce and scraped off any remaining garlic that was left on my food. I go to your location for a few buffet items and a plate of hibachi. I have never had my food altered by the cook before. Another man (younger) came to try to help with the chaos but he was unable to figure out what the other was doing. The food I go was not edible for me, my family members was burnt and the cook said he was making sure it was cooked. There was no point in going back for hibachi as the same man was doing the food. I felt cheated out of my money and disappointed.

Lets start by saying there was what appeared to be vomit on the exit side of door, roughly at the height level of a small child. However, wed been here before without incident, so this wouldnt deter us. This place is pretty inexpensive and offers a wide variety of food choices, primarily leaning towards the Chinese variety. They offer sushi rolls, a hibachi station, fruit, cold salad, and mostly other fried varieties. Their pizza is surprizingly tastes better than its generic appearance. Their desserts are limited with mostly mass produced cakes and cookies. They have a chocolate fountain with marshmallows, rice crispy treats, etc. for dipping. And instead of a soft serve machine like in most other buffets Ive been to, this place simply provides faux good humor style packaged ice cream cups and pops. So negative review for my son and I who ended up not so good afterwards. Might have been due to what we saw when we came in, but then again, who knows? But we will probably not be coming again.

I went to this place after finding a coupon in the mail I took my family there spent $53.44 and the service was poor the waitress as very rude about giving my 2 yr old a cup to drink from after spending $53.44 plus 50 cents per ice cream which was not included in the price of the buffet and then giving the waitress a tip. My 1 st time here and my last they dont charge for 2 yr olds but dont want to feed them or give them drink either. Make a huge deal over a cup for 2 yr old after all the money that was spent was ridiculous. Then we get to the food and its all old food from lunch and Cold all the food over cooked and dry and cold then the sushi was old all the fish old and dry and I didnt eat it so as to not get sick from it god knows how long it sat for . I will never go there again waste of money and the food quality was poor ..

This place is great. Stopped by for lunch one weekday and the entire flow is very comforting, seems they have their act together. The food was amazing, everything was fresh and hot. They have a great selection to choose from Traditional Chinese, Japanese, American, Italian. (I literally tried just about a little of each) Living over 50 miles away, being 15 miles away I took this risk and based of the previous reviews, I got to thoroughly reap the rewards. I would come here again in a heartbeat, will be recommending this to friends and family and will likely return with my girlfriend. Thanks for having such a great establishment, keep it up and well be coming back for a good long while.

Typical Asian buffet. Large variety of selections. We went because of the good reviews, but maybe because we were there in the last hour that our experience was not very good. Most of these places use the same supplier, but the food quality was not up to par. Many pans were as close to empty as could be. The place was not very clean and the staff seemed very disinterested or preoccupied with getting ready to close. It was still 45 minutes before closing, so it was a bit too soon to let things go. Although much of the food was not cooked as it should be, the price was decent and a few of the desserts made it worth what i paid, but i would not go back.

The hibachi used to be really good when it first opened but now its overly salty, burnt, and messy (you tend to get the next persons order mixed into your own). They have alot of fried foods and seafood. So if thats your thing youll like it. They have a chocolate fountain and a decent selection of desserts and fruits. It just tends to be really messy because of other people. They have a nice sushi selection and next to that station they have the ice cream freezer with Hersheys brand ice cream individual cups and then so ice cream bars. The price is decent, they always send out coupons in your monthly valpak in the mail.

This is one of my favorite buffets in New York. The quality of the food makes the price per person a really good deal. The sushi is above average for a buffet place and the hibachi grill definitely sweetens the experience. Most of the other food is what you find in a typical Chinese buffet; the main difference is that these guys do it better . I usually try to avoid peak times but the most I have ever waited was 30 minutes on a Saturday night. There is a parking lot. Look for coupons on their website!

the food was okay, only came for dessert. the waitress was very rude to my friends and me, had an attitude the moment we walked in. i tried getting her attention for a refill and she turned around and said "what do you want". Mad rude. i asked for dr.pepper and she said they didnt have it, then my friend accidently asked for dr.pepper too and the waitress rolled her eyes. left her a penny for tip. shouldve left her pocket lint. 2 stars for fondue machine.

When it comes to all-you-can-eat buffets for special occasions, I go with this place. The price per person is reasonable (plus they offer discount coupons in certain publications), and the hibachi booth for dinner is delicious. You take a plate and put which you want to eat on it, and then the cook makes it in front of you fairly quickly. Staff is friendly, and who can say no to a chocolate fountain? ;)

Go ahead, pay and "pig out!", just be friendly to the staff and other patrons. Dont drink from the chocolate fountain, simply let it fall into your plate. Consistently great quality food since opening. Only negative is that some seat coverings needs to be repaired, a lot of wear n tear thru the years. Dont forget to "hit the gym" before or a while after, either way so you can keep coming back for more.
