Called about getting a blizzard cake for a dual birthday, The person answering the phone told me they had in stock the blizzard cake I requested. Great! so I drive the 40 minute drive the day of the party to get the blizzard cake I ask for, that was supposedly in stock and I get there its chaos! I asked a boy who worked there that I needed this certain blizzard cake because I called and he said we dont carry that, we only have 4 kinds. What!! thats not what I was told. I was told it was in stock!!! I settled for a gross flavor and I look over and see a book where you can order it. Thats why I called to begin with! to see if I had to order what I wanted. I asked the kid, its right there in the book that I can get it. So I asked him Umm its right there in the book, if I ordered it you could of make it? he says I dont know. OK if you work there then who knows??? This was on August 12th and Im never going back. Blind leading the blind!!!!

My wife and I went to the drive thru. I ordered a blizzard and my wife ordered a Sundae. The girl at the window did not say anything to my wife other than the price and kind of shoved our ice cream at us and went back to laughing with the rest of the people inside. When we got home my wife opened the bag with her sundae in it, she had been given just soft serve with nothing that would make it a sundae. My blizzard was in a cup that was leaking and had a soda lid on top. Really disappointing.

I received the worse service ever food was cold ice cream had melted. The drive thru was a one hour wait. The staff was inside playing around with the manager I will never come to this location ever. I had to report the nasty service when I saw the girl drop my food and place it in the bag. I had to call the police to get my money back.

Food is decent albeit expensive. Service is pretty consistent, though holidays are a bit hectic. Staff have passable work ethics and demeanors. This place blows McDonalds and burger King out of the water in terms of food and presentation.

Cannot say I will be heading back after I asked for a large ice water with an ice cream order and was charged $2.39. If I knew the price of tap water had risen so high I wouldve started bottling and selling the water from my home.

Seems like this place is going down hill. Last 2 times there they couldnt make the right blizzard to save their lives. And they tell me that is the one I ordered. Never had problems there until recently

Drive thru takes a few minutes. Eating a burger in the car is a little tough with the weird box they give it to you in. Great burger regardless.
