Terrible customer service. First of all i waited almost an hour and a half for my food to come. and when i called and asked what was going on she told me it was on its way and after i got off the phone it was another 20 mins until my food got here. I had an issue with the online ordering and when i got my food it wasnt the correct stuff i ordered so i called the store and the lady who i spoke to said that they couldnt help and proceeded to laugh when i told her that i wasnt going to eat the food because it was not what i chose to order. She was very rude and when i asked if i could drive there to switch out the food for the food i ordered she proceeded to scream loudly in chinese and handed the phone over to someone else who told me i had to pay for the other food if i wanted it. Im sorry but how this was handled was not okay. i work in customer service and this was not a good way to handle it.

I ordered my food at 6:18pm. They told me 45 minutes delivery. I didnt get my food until after an hour and they delivered the wrong order for me. They told me it wasnt their mistake and blamed the driver. I noticed the receipt was correct and stapled to the wrong order. They told me I need to wait for another 45 minutes because they are very busy. Can you believe it? Someone ate my order which cost over $25.00 plus $5.00 tips for the driver. I have to wait 2 hours to get my order. I asked them to forget it because I work overnight and I cant wait for my dinner and go to work late. So no dinner for me before I go to work. Thanks China Wok! You guys know how to treat your customer. WRONG!!!!

Ok so I just now ordered and I have to rate.....You have to pick n choose what days you order because theirs days where I order and its so so so greasy its terrible and some days its on point and not greasy .. thats y I give 3 stars

I stopped here to get some sweet and sour chicken and egg drop soup. The staff was very pleasant, the service was efficient, and the food was delicious. I will most certainly come back here again in the future.

Lived off whitehorse and Olden for 30 years.. So far this one is the best I have eaten at... Always nice and always right on our orders.. Good stuff. Enjoy
