I went to the hackettstown kfc for some food. I was extremely disappointed with the staff and food quality. I can understand how working around chicken can be boring, however I believe customers should come first. If I could give any advice to any customer always ask the staff for fresh food and wait for it. I went in ordering a 7 piece legs and thigh in grilled, unfortunately for me I ordered grilled. The grilled chicken was extremely dryed out and the quality was just ridiculous. I then asked for the manager and she said I would need to wait 18min for 7 pieces of chicken. I reluctantly agreed to wait. After the 18 min I asked for my food and the manager gave me my food with quite a bit of attitude. I opened up the box and 2 out of the 7 prices were fresh and hot, the others however were the same garbage that must have been sitting around all day. I then went back inside the kfc to find fairly inappropriate behavior from the manager to a male employee. The manager in charge is by the way a short Hispanic girl couldnt be older than 18 with an odd name genesis on the name tag. Back to my previous comment about inappropriate behavior she was chasing a male employee around the back counter trying to grab his butt. But, than they noticed I was back. I was pretty disturbed as to why after waiting 18 minutes for food I was given the old rejected food. She apparently "mistakenly" gave me the wrong batch of chicken, which ended up with her telling me she had just sold the rest of the grilled chicken to the last customer, and that i would need to wait an additional 18 minutes for yet another batch of grilled to finish cooking. At this point I was very annoyed to say the least. She offered me original legs and crispy thighs and I accepted them under the condition of only if they were moderately fresh. She assured me they were and guess what... They were most defiantly not.

⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️ This is the worst KFC ever (I mean most of them are pretty bad in general so think about that). They refuse to provide any level of customer service. But customer service aside, they dont have fried chicken most of the time (I know right, a chicken restaurant with no chicken). I would not normally leave a review this negative for a restaurant but its quite obvious that over the past few years this shack has gotten progressively worse. KFC needs to either take over the store or get another franchisee because the current management and ownership have no intention of running a fast food restaurant. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. ⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️AVOID⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️⚠️️

No only did the place wreak of unkempt genitals, but the bathrooms were utterly disgusting, and one of the toilets was overflowing and nobody bothered to fix it. Besides that, there were 5 of us waiting to have our order taken, and none of the staff bothered to tell us that they werent taking orders anymore (even though there was clearly still food behind the staff). This place needs an overhaul badly. Never going there ever again.

Ordered a bucket of boneless chicken and was informed by the sales woman that KFC has discontinued boneless chicken. I found out that KFC has not discontinued boneless chicken but rather has expanded it. One cannot provide misinformation in the information age. We loved the boneless chicken. Wont go back until that store has it in stock and keeps it in stock,

Love the chicken, but hate the service. If more than 1 person in line, the staff cannot cope. Manager is doing a poor job of training the staff. Should be fast service, but not. Go to the kfc in ledgewood,which is much better

I stopped going to this location years ago. The only reason I went back was for my brother who was craving this garbage. The chicken is not all edible, undercooked. The lobby has a slimy sleezy feeling. Will not be back.

Quick service, but everything is small portioned compared to other KFCs. The soda cup had about an inch of air at the top. The Famous Bowl had a small lump of potatoes and only a small handful of chicken pieces.
