Dont go to the drive thru at this KFC. I made the mistake of doing that today. Ordered 10 hot wings,2 biscuits and a crispy breast. When I got home and opened the box with the wings, they looked like they were made yesterday. They were small, dry and overlooked! I should have gone back with them but thats why u should never go to a drive thru! They figure they can give u anything and u wont go back. They are right. I WONT go back ever again!

First, the associate never told us that they did not have grill chicken before they charged for the food. She told me that I have to wait 10 minutes which I believe the grill chicken was supposed to be ready to eat. After I waited too long the grill chicken taste was bad bc they did not cooked enough and after a while I feel pain in my stomach. I will never go to the KFC at the River Rd in Hackensack.

I went by Sunday before work to pick up some food. I wanted to try the GoCup. I did not know which one to get but thanks to I think her name was Vanessa (she is short with brown hair) help me decide which one I should get. And she picked a great choice. Also she was really sweet girl. And very pretty
