Absolutely atrocious. Has to be the worst experience dinning out that I have ever had. Which is sad to say because we have been here multiple times and do some what enjoy the atmosphere. Regardless, not this time, it took 15 mins to get an order of fries for or daughter which were order with our drinks. In that time we were not checked on. Finally we put in out entire order including appetizer. It took over 30 mins to get the appetizer mean while the place was empty. Maybe 3 others were sitting. In that time our waitress never checked on us I fact she would poke her head out then disappear in the kitchen again. I finally got up to get a manger because at this time my daughter was restless. The manager was very pleasant I must say and did comp the app. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them an opportunity to make it right which is only fair. But yet again the waitress continued to ignore us. We asked for ketchup and ranch which was never brought to us until I could wave her down. For god sakes she never even gave my wife a straw with her drink I was absolutely appalled. I really was looking for a reason for me to justify tipping the waitress whe I have her the chance to make it right she didnt. I did leave a tip because I dont have it in my heart not to but it certainly was not 20%. And not to mention the food was no good. Really we have never been to impressed with the food also certainly doesnt live up to the prices or the look of the place. Overall it took over 45 mins to get an app from the time we sat and were treated like garbage. Even the bar tender had a terrible attitude when we ask if he could put a NFL game on even though they offer Sunday ticket which is a nice feature. Just awful. Needless to say we will never be back again. Ive read some comments and I agree with then WAWA WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER CHOICE!

I SHOULD have listen to the reviews! I placed an order for delivery for the gourmet seafood, and sampler. Delivery was speedy the only reason they get a star! First off, the pasta was overcooked, and SUPER wet, as if someone opened a pre-made box of this stuff and poured a CUP of water over it. As well as the tomato sauce on top which looked like the stuff you find around the rim of a salsa container you know, that dry crap that looks terrible. Shrimp.... WAY overcooked, the clams and scallops werent half bad. But I can put sprinkles on a crappy ice cream cone too! The appetizer sampler was a MESS, the mozzerella sticks were smushed below the eggrolls to the point of the cheese squirting completely out, came with 2 VERY small buffalo tenders.... and the onion rings were so soggy you could wiggle them like a wet noodle. The brocolli soup was without a doubt watered down to the point of it being 50% water 50% soup. When I called and nicely explained this is no way to make a first impression, they did apologize and promptly replace it! However they took the soup without bringing any, and when I asked the manager about the situation her reply was "Uh, you didnt say anything about soup" thats because she told me after explaining about the entree and appetizer that she would remake the order. An ORDER is a ticket, meaning everything on it. They REALLY need to work on people skills if they wanna go places. I gave them my two strike rule and will most certainly advise anyone I know to stay farrrrr away! Drew Galloway

So the girlfriend and I decided to give Gourmet a try. After driving by it many times doing deliveries we went for it. Arrived around 4 in the afternoon on a weekday and it was slow. So we thought great, quick service. Service did not disappoint and our waitress was very quick and attentive. The food also came out quick which was nice. However, the food just was BLAND. I consider myself a foodie and have an above average palette and cook myself and everything was just way under seasoned. My girlfriend agreed and her taste buds are a lot less picky. I got gnocchi with shrimp scallops and lump crab in a parmesan sauce I believe. While the shrimp and scallops were cooked properly and not dry you could tell the seafood including the lump meat was just thrown in without any care to taste. The parmesan sauce was bland and tasted like heavy cream mostly. The gnocchi def were not homemade but you cant expect every place to have homemade pasta so I wont complain about that. Overall the service was great, the atmosphere was nice, prices were ok and the food technique was ok. Just needed more flavor. We will go back again to try something else from the menu and hopefully be able to update this review.

A few months back my husband and I had lunch and felt the food and atmosphere was excellent. After our meal, we asked the young lady in the front about the rooms they had available for my sisters 40th surprise birthday party. She said she would contact the person in charge. I waited and overheard someone from the back say "tell them Im not here". It was later that I realized it was the banquet director who was "assisting" me through the cashier girl. It was obvious as the girl kept going to the back saying, "what should I tell her" and coming back with the answer to my question. I didnt understand why I could not be addressed directly. I have never felt so rejected of service. When I asked to see the rooms, it seemed like a drag to show me. It was a shame that such a positive experience ended in a negative one that I did not feel welcomed to book a party that day, so I ended up taking my business somewhere else.

Take out again. Food ( lasagna, Penne, Chicken Francese) was tasteless and most of the time we order out from there, there is a mistake in the order that we find out once back home. I am sure they would fix it but who wants to drive back or wait another 20 minutes for a delivery of the right order ? Today: The Italian Panini we ordered ended up being a Penne Italia. The lasagna was meatless. A dry piece of cheese and pasta swimming in tomato sauce.I specifically asked if there was meat in the lasagna (as it should be) and was told yes. But they actually only put the meat in the sauce on top. So if you ask for regular sauce, no luck ! The only great thing in todays delivery was their balsamic vinaigrette. Please train your staff on what is in the food. A few spices would go a long way. I should not have to add my own spices to a $15 entree.

Another awesome date with my girlfriend ended at the gourmet in galloway. We sat in the bar area and we were quickly greeted by our waitress And ordered our food in no time. Everything wouldve been perfect aside from the coldness of the room and the salt shaker had clearly not been cleaned out in who knows how long because the salt was rock hard in the glass and wouldnt come out, we also hardly saw our waitress, but in her defense they were in the cleaning process of closing and was there when most needed. The portions of the food were decent sized for the price however the selection wasnt up to par, also not very vegetarian friendly. The calzone tasted a little bland, but the strawberries salad was stacked to the ceiling with berries and the server did not hesitate to modify to salad to not include chicken. Peace, love, and food.
