I was there on Thursday, July 23rd. I ordered food to go and paid for it at 11 am but let the waitress know that I wouldnt be leaving until later so I asked her to not prepare the food until I was ready to leave. Three times she asked me if I was ready to leave (I felt pressured) and asked if I was ready for the food to be made. At 1:30 pm she told me that she was done at 2:00 so I told her it was OK to put the order in. I paid for fries but didnt receive them. I called, spoke with (name withheld), and was told that an individual receipt cannot be created until the owner came in at night, then she hung up on me (she told me that she was really busy). I give it 2 stars because the bartender was awesome.

The food was fairly good, but all of our non-fried dishes needed lots of salt. They were very plain. I needed so much salt that I just dumped it on instead of measuring it out on my palm first. However, the fried dishes were good. We did get a good amount of food for the money, and the service was friendly, albeit a little slow. Having no music playing probably made the wait seem longer, so that might not be fair. I would go again, but I would get a fried seafood dish instead.

Everyone is nice and food is good. Crab bisque is what we come in for and it never fails to be fabulous. But the service is horrible . We waited the first time for the bartender to stop talking and give us the check. Second time waited over an hour for food to come out of the kitchen. Third time is the charm and waited over twenty minutes for check plus even longer for the take out order that was placed at the same time as out wat in order.

We found out about this place by sampling their crab bisque at the A.C. Seafood festival 2015. It was so good, we bought 2 quarts to go. Yesterday we decided to make an 1hour 1/2 road trip from Delaware to the actual location. Service was good, Felt very welcoming. I love the crab bisque, its the best soup I ever had. Its hearty, tasty and they dont ever be skimpy on the crab... its made to perfection! We will be visiting again soon.

As a current college senior I heard that this bar was alright but I am currently sitting home wishing I never went. I was sitting at the bar with two friends one being a girl(only girls get served here) and we did not get severed a beer for 25 minutes . Plus that fact the music was literally blowing my ear drums out. I will put it to you simply do not ever go to this bar.

I hate this place. I came here around midnight. I ordered a cheesesteak and their crock of chili. Their crock of chili is disgusting. I tried eating it because I dont like wasting food. My girlfriend ended up pointing out the quality of the chili and they told us that they could not take it off the bill because I ate half of it. Who does that? Never coming back.

I LOVED this place! The food and service was the best Ive had in a long time. I ordered the beet salad ( which was fresh and delicious), and the prime rib( cooked to perfection, generous portion, juicy,and well seasoned). Our waiter couldnt have been nicer or more attentive. Reasonably priced. If I could give 10 stars..I would have. I WILL be back!

I had the tuna melt and my husband had a burger - "fair" is a perfect description. Our main issue was that the website, the shamrock prevalence and the general "Irish-ness" of the decor (fake Irish, but still) led us to believe that this place was marketing itself as an Irish pub. It is not an Irish pub -- there is no GUINNESS!

Terrible...my wife and I keep saying " maybe" next time. Service is terrible. Young staff who can care less. Food used to be good. Ordered prime rib to go.... overcooked. I ordered cheese steak with raw onions...no onions at all and the bread was stale. However, crab bisque was awesome. Wont be going back except for the soup.

Im never coming here again ever!! Just got out of of hungry and tired. I was seating in the bar area and the guy working in the bar area steals some fries from my friend. After 5 min he sticks his hand again in my friends plate again!! After I tell he does it to my plate and takes my sandwich like its normal!!! Nasty !!!

Great food & ample portions. Friendly staff. This Irish pub is true to its roots. The Mens Room is reminiscent of steerage on the Titanic. Broken latch on the stall door means visitors are greeted with the image of you with your pants down. This may hinder an otherwise enjoyable culinary experience.

I had take-out from the Hi-Point Pub today. Their cheeseburger was among the best Ive had. The burger seemed to have been made by hand, not pre-formed like just about everywhere else. We all had something different, and it was all excellent and with generous portions. 5 stars all around!

Crab bisque is amazing, but it lost a ton of selection and the other food wasnt that good. Turkey Rubin was made like a turkey special with deli meat. Prime rib was dry and 28 bucks. Burgers are 7 dollars with nothing on them including no cheese. Overall not great.

Great wings and breakfast ..A place to party on thursday nights Its a college night but come on out allot of people are not in schoo but come for the music and food.. Come out and enjoy the. Dj till 3am and guess what they have a Rose l ady their for extra fun .

I went here one night after work. I received a menu in the mail, so I thought Id check it out. Theres nowhere to stand or wait, youre just basically in the way of the workers. I paid 20.00 for 20 nasty bar wings. I went to bed hungry. I wont be coming back again.

The CRAB BISQUE is outstanding w/ big chunks of crab meat. $2.00 draft specials. Menu prices are average but there are very reasonably priced specials. Service is okay but I thought a little brusque at first. The server became more personable as we dined.

Just left...was at the bar for 20 minutes and was never waited on...only African American girl...and the bartender said oh I didnt see you, gave me a menu and never returned to ask what I wanted or what I would like to drink...never again

Just had another fantastic visit! I had a delicious crab cake with French onion soup. The wife had the stuffed flounder. $5 steamers. Different specials every day of the week. Great pries. Our new dinner spot.

Sat at the bar. Bartender was rude. Asked her if I could order food. She said ok Ill get server. Server never came & was never asked again. So I left & went to the Black Cat. Great service & food over there

Great atmosphere. Thin out your potato skins! Theyre skins, not half potatoes, tailgaters got it down. But very good service, very good food. Second time messed up potatoes skins. Love this place tho

Ordered a cheese steak stromboli without onions and mushrooms. I love the stromboli here, but the last 3 times its either been under cooked or wrong. This was both and awful. Never again.
