Slow service. The bartenders totally suck. Took me like 10 minutes to get a beer... and the place was pretty empty on a Thursday night. Stepped up and grabbed two of the many open seats and sat down to get a beer for me and my friend. Seemed like it was the bartender girls first night. Looked like she didnt know what she was doing at all. Took her like 5 minutes to count my change. but I should give her a break, I know its hard to calculate how much change to give me from a $20 after I ordered 2 $2 beers. $2 beers were the only good part. Besides the fact that she almost spilled an entire drink over the my friend and had to ask a few people what the specials were, It was an ok time. Oh and the music was absolutely horrible and it smelled disgusting in there. I guess a few of the patrons didnt feel the need to shower before going out for a beer.

We decided to try this place on a quiet night. They tout it as a family place, so we took our small children. The food was very mediocre. I had their prime rib sliders which were tough and tasted like they had been microwaved. What set us off was when the waiter placed extremely hot plates in front of our children, and did nothing to warn them, or us. Both grabbed at the plates to adust them, both got minor burns. After our dinner came, even though there were only 2 other tables, our waiter never once came by to see how everything was. There are plenty of other places around with better food and much better service. Wont be going back.

I went in with a group of 10+ people. My family consisted of myself, my wife and my son. I got a cheeseburger, wife got turkey club and my son got a grilled cheese. 2 beers, 2sodas and an appetizer was $58. Thats an absolute rip off if you ask me. I eat out in Colorado with my family and rarely breach $45. Service was mediocre at best and they got the bills all confused. I paid my original bill and they called me back because they forgot to include a couple sodas. I should have said your mistake, figure it out. Food was nothing better than what my wife could conjure up on a sleepwalking episode. I will likely never return.

Went here for the first time in a few months... I have to say i was very pleased with the improvement in staff and the food. My waiter was A+ and took care of my table in a very timely matter, even though the place was extremely busy. The food was excellent, and had a great presentation. I grabbed a beer at the bar after my meal, and heard a few of the locals talking about the new ownership of the location, which made me reliaze why all these excellent changes took place. Do yourself a favor and check it out the next time youre in the area, you wont be disappointed!

Stopped by on a business trip based on these reviews. Monday night with very few patrons. Server was non attentive and uninterested. Started out with nachos that missing the chili. Friends had a wrap with little taste server also recommended the rueben which was dry and the bread was burnt. The corned beef and cabbage was a good portion but average taste. would not return. Food needs a lot of work

My wife and I stopped in today for an early evening Dinner. New to the neighborhood, we were hoping it would be good and it was. Service was professional and courteous. My steak was excellent, properly cooked, and the vegetables with it were excellent. My wifes Burger was excellent as well. Wide variety of Draft Beers (27) and wine topped it off. Reasonably priced. Well be back.

Recent renovations and under new ownership - highly recommend stopping in for a great burger or a beer! The corned beef sandwich was tender and juicy - best corned beef Ive had! Michael, the new owner, previously of the Millbrook Barn, makes you feel like youre family. Great night!

I decided to stop in one day to have dinner cause of all the great things Ive heard about The Corner Pub and it lived up to its reputtation great service and AMAZING food!! Felt like family while I was there recommend it you just want to have a drink or a full out dinner!!!

I met a friend here during the week in the late afternoon, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Its a nice, local place with friendly staff. Nothing really stood out to me though, positive or negative.

very nice atmosphere, with a great twist on some pub food(try the mac and cheese and wings)! fun atmosphere at night with bands and activities. bartenders and servers are very courteous and professional.

Nice pub in Mount Olive, decent beer selection, food was good (maybe a bit on the pricey side), and the staff was great. The complimentary chips before the meal are freshly made and are delicious.
