The Point Diner is the place to be..food is still great, they get the crowds and the bottom line is they are loyal to all their customers. These are true owners, after all these years they are still there night and day worrying about the customers. I want owners I can trust and The Point provides what i want which is loyalty and thats why im loyal to them. Gotham City needs to clean up -- ...booths are full of crumbs and its not that clean, ive had the waitress re-wipe our table down because of syrup and eggs stuck onto the table. The Points tables?...never happened and never will happen.

it took 2 hours just for our food to arrive.... never ordering for delivery again. WE kept calling and asking where our food is and they kept saying its on the way, its on the way... they most likely forgot about our food and decided to start cooking once we called. and once we called back and said make everything fresh cause were gonna come pick it up, 5 min later, the doorbell rings and its the delivery guy..... never order for delivery unless you wanna be starving for hours.

Awful experience. Took about 10 minutes to be seated and that was the only efficient part of our visit. Wait staff all seemed miserable to be there and were openly cursing and complaining by our table. We were rushed to order and then waited 45 minutes to get our food, which was less than impressive. Im usually not one to write reviews, and Im not sure if this is the norm for this diner, as I have only been there once, but I can promise I wont be back.

Its a pretty good diner food-wise; wait staff is historically very hit or miss however. If you get a good waiter (and it seems they are on the up-and-up with regards to wait staff), its the best diner around. And be careful with the short rib grilled cheese- its my favorite sandwich there but they run out of short rib sometimes and make it with another cut of meat.

A very nice and cozy dinner this is the place you want to come with your family and have great breakfast together. The servers are very friendly and respectful you feel like family. Try it. The only reason I dont give it a five start rating is because I think it needs updating, other than that this is a very good dinner.

Probably the worst food you will have if you go past like 8. The staff very rude to the point where I didnt tip the waiter I tipped the bus boy cause he did more for us then the waiter did. Over all I suggest you go to the diner right down the block called Gotham, MUCH better not just food wise but stag as well!

Athens omelet is delicious. Their potatoes are disgusting. All dried out like its been sitting under a lamp for hours. But they also have good quality turkey bacon. Food took about an hour to get to me (I ordered delivery). If they worked on their potato game, I would give them 4 stars

This place shouldnt even get a star! Has the poorest service! We ordered breakfast for delivery, waited over an hour and half they kept telling us it was on it way, but they hant even cooked our order! Never going there again! They dont care about their customers

Ive eaten there literally since Day one that it opened. I was a baby. Grew up eating there My whole Life. Food is great, the Manger Xani is a total Gentleman and watches that everything coming out of the kitchen is Quality. Thank You Xani! GOD Bless

Been to all the dinners in the area and decided this was the best one. I go here for a couple different reasons. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere, the food is standard diner food at standard diner food prices. The staff is also really nice.

IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS, AND THEY NEVER REALLY HAD A GOOD BURGER, BUT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO THEY CHANGED THEIR BURGER AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD! BUT I GUESS YOU CANT TEACH AN OLD DOG NEW TRICKS..THEY WENT BACK TO THE OLD CRAPPY BURGERS AGAIN.

Random diner. Standard fare. Great service. Asked for eggs over medium with bacon and fries and a cup of coffee. Came with 3 eggs and free glass of OJ. Total was about $8 bucks.

Open for a million years. I went for a burger and the meat didnt taste like beef. I think it was seasoning. I dont know but teach someone to make a burger. Cant be that hard.
