Not a very good experience during my last visit. Stood in line with two friends, their orders were taken and I was passed up. After the employee helped the person behind me, she then asked me for my order. It just so happened that the customer helped before me ordered all of the remaining two items that I wanted to order. While this was going on a customer walked in to the store and up to the counter ahead of the line. The employee behind the counter then proceeded to help him with his order rather than assist the customers in line who had arrived before him. There were plenty of employees but they were very unorganized. I dont think Ill visit this location again.

Boston Market is a chain so there are things youd expect to be the same across the board when compared to other stores of the same brand : delicious rustic sides, juicy flavorful chicken, and unending fountain drinks. This location is staffed with some of the most friendly and hospitable people. Periodically checking if youre enjoying your meal, helping you bring your meal to the table, and actual estimates of when certain food items will be ready if it is run out during ordering. Other Boston Markets should strive to be like this one. For real.

I stop coming here because the servings where too small and price didnt match the servings,but I made a visit recently and this time they made up for it or it under new management I guess. Good for you Boston Market for stop being stingy with the servings.

I ate here most recently 4.9.17. The line was long. However, the food was fresh. They could use more staff. There was at least a 15 to 20 minute wait. If you want good good food come. Unfortunately, be prepared for the long wait time.
