Worst service ever and the most ignorant, rasist people in there. My boyfriend and I walked in and ordered a bbq chicken, when I ordered my food in english the man who took my order was trying to act as if he didnt speak it, so I repeated it in spanish as I am cuban and speak full blown spanish, he was rude the whole time I gave him my order. He told me 15-20 minutes, there is no air conditioner, due to the heat wave so I had to wait in my car, what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait turned into 45 minutes, by this point I was a bit irritated so I sent my boyfriend in to get the food, the man told him he never took my order. When went in to see what was going on the entire staff acted as if they didnt know what happened and acted as if we werent even there, they completely ignored us as if we werent even people. I have never experience such blatent rasism in my life. Such a dispointment, I cried the whole drive home. I have never in my life been treated in that manner. To all my afro-Latino community please do not spend money in this place. Do not support this ignorance.

HORRIBLE Service. After 40 minutes of placing my order they told me they forgot about my order and hadnt even started making it. They are incredibly rude! Dont recommend at all! Tienen un personal TERRIBLE! Despues de Esperar 40 minutos por mi orden dijieron que se les abia olvidado mi orden y ni la abian empesado a hacer. No lo recomendo para nada!

I love the food from this place, never fails. Ive had portuguese food from MANY locations and this place is one of my favorites. I like to go during certain hours when I know it wont be busy because when it gets PACKED? You might be waiting a good 20 minutes just for any of the workers to pay u any mind. They are rude as hell but idc, great food, just take my money! If youre an annoying customer and get mad at bad customer service, I dont recommend you go here because I dont mind bad service but the service here is terrible, theyll just ignore you for a long time when its busy. If its empty, youll love their food. I usually get a big tray of chicken, rice, bread hot sauce and fries for like $10.50.

Hoy estuve alli ,y es un lugar de muy mal gusto y no cumplen con las reglas de higiene, el mismo que te recibe el dinero , coge los pollos y los soba con sus manos untadas de dinero, al ver esto cambie de idea y fui a ALGARVE mucho mejor.!!!!

The food is okay The chicken and ribbs combo is okay The stake sandwich one piece of over cooked meat on Portuguese bread and oily fries (Not good) The price is cheap but so is the food. You get what you paid for

This is my go to Portuguese spot. I love their food. Call ahead of time or you could be waiting a long time for your food. Their customer service sucks but who cares their food is awesome
