On July 15th, I walked into this place and asked for meatballs with some cheese on them. He said the meatballs were the size of a golf ball. I said "give me five". I did not ask him how much he would charge me. It is a side dish. Most places would charge $5.95 or something like that, at the most. After I finished eating them, this place had the gall to charge me $16.00. Well, likely $14 - because I had a bottle of water. Its places like this that stick it to the average guy just trying to get by that make me sick. Ill never go in there again and if you do, you better watch your wallet and ask closely about the cost of everything. The waitresses were also highly annoying, disturbing me by shout-checking "how was everything" three or four times then shoving the bill at me and yelling "theres no rush". Unbelievable. $16.00 for a side of meatballs and a bottle of water. Id report them to the Better Business Bureau but who has the time?

Three & a half star. Pizza lovers please take my review with reservation since I eat pizza may be once a month and my references to compare are limited. To start... its small cozy place the staff are wonderful and you will feel home (Solid 5 stars). I only tried pizza there and my frame of reference is the Pizza from California pizza kitchen in Bridgewater mall which I considered the best Pizza I ever had. I found The crust is a bit too crunchy, and the Cheese is on limited side, and the sauce can be improved. The other person who was trying this place said it worth 4 out of 5 stars for the pizza taste and 5 for the friendly curteous staff. Its definitely worth to try it. Small pie (which can feed 2 if not very hungery) is about $ 17 and for one more dollar you can upgrade to large.... very good value

Authentic Brooklyn pie without having to go to Brooklyn! How great is that? This place is a little like an embassy, in that when you walk through the door youre on sovereign territory, just a tiny little slice of NYC East. In a sea of Jersey Strip Mall pizza places that all serve pretty much the same thing with slight variations in quality, Brooklyn Boys is a standout with no local competitor. The space is tiny, the pies are fantastic, and the service is fast and friendly. Stop reading this and go there. NOW! Thank me later!

We get pizza and stromboli from here at least every 2 weeks. Its our favorite in the area! I prefer their crust to the doughiness of other, more commercial, places. They are all so friendly in there, too. They know who we are and they are just so helpful when I come in with my kids and my hands are full. They always offer to carry my pizza out to the car for me. We are so happy to find a place in the burbs with excellent food and great people who make it :)

The atmosphere is so-so, not a terrible place to dine in, but not the best either. But they are excellent for take-out and delivery. With the exception of a burnt batch of mozzarella sticks I got once, theyre consistently good on take out. Its Trenton-style (I think thats what you call it?), so the cheese and sauce are inverted on the pizza. I have to agree with other comments, the crust on their pizza is superb.

Just moved to the area. Was the first place I tried. Read the reviews and was very disappointed. Girl at the counter was cute, but didnt make up for bad pizza. Crust was weird. It was unnaturally crisp. Hard to describe. Kind of like it was frozen. Also, they put the cheese on first, then the sauce over the cheese. Some things you cant play with. Moving on till I find a good pizza joint in the area.

Outstanding pizza and sandwiches. The pizza is has a delicious rustic taste, and is different from any other pizza places in the area. They use great ingredients in their sandwiches - fresh bread, quality meats and cheeses. Give this place a try even if you already have a place you regularly go to. Service is very friendly too.

Best deli Ive been to in years. Was early for a train at Metro Park and just drove up the road looking for a place to grab lunch. Brooklyn Boys was incredible...a real, NY deli out in the burbs. Service was spectacular. Ended up leaving my credit card behind and they had no issues mailing it to me. Ill definitely be back.

Weirdest pizza ever! Thin dry crust, cheese on the bottom, sauce on the top. I wasted $16 on a pizza with peperoni. I ate 3 slices and was still hungry, due to the thin crusty crust and cheese which was barely there. Store bought pizza is better than this. What a waste.

We visit NJ and NYC every few months, and every time were here, we get at least one pepperoni pizza while were here, and take one home to share with friends. Everyone loves this pizza more than any other theyve ever had in the states. Great job! Dont ever change!

Overpriced, mediocre pizza. Went in for a quick slice and was forced to pay a waitress to bring the slice to my table, even though I was sitting 2 feet away from the counter. My slice was overcooked and dried out.

Amazing pizza they serve here. IT was totally awesome and what I like the most was their pizza crispy crust. It was perfectly made and it was so delicious and freshly made. Full of ingredients and awesome taste.

We had a pretty high expectation since theyve gotten over 4 starts rate. Ordered 2 different speciality pizzas, and both of them were just okay. Maybe we shouldve ordered some simple toppings.

Brooklyn Boys had some of the best pizza I have ever had. I went back the next day and tried one of their sandwiches, which was also delicious. I highly recommend checking this place out.

A different kind of pizza. There make their pizza with a thinner crispy crust and a dollop of sauce on the top of each slice. Very good if you dont mind something slightly different.

Great variety of Italian subs. Loved the cozy ambience. Ciabatta bread was chewy though. Will do again 9/10.
