Since i moved to E.O this is the ONLY place where they make Curry Chicken the way I like it. I like both W. Indian and Chinese versions of curry, when I want boneless meat I choose Chinese. They only made it not-to-my-liking one time, they made it watery when I prefer the sauce dark and thick. But since I specified how I like the sauce its been perfect. Main issue is they dont deliver and they are not on the best stretch of Main Street, that may affect me going in the winter..if they did I would use them more..

Wow! Just went there cuz my wife was craving some nice Halal Chinese food and I was a bit concerned at first as I entered the neighborhood but man, the portions were extremely generous, the owner was very polite, and the food was served quickly. Large General Tsos for 8.99 seemed a bit pricey but you get enough food like two General Tsos at other places. Will DEFINITELY go back inshallah....

The best Chinese food that ive eaten so far. Everything is fresh an tastes excellent. The chicken pieces (in my Orange Chicken dish) doesnt have that "this might be rat meat" tangy taste to it, that some Chinese places have. Its Halal too, which is a BIG THING for me. This is just a wonderful place. Im sticking with it. 5 stars

I am from the Caribbean born and raised but when it comes to North American Chinese food China Pagoda in East Orange NJ is THE BEAT. Not only are they HALAL but there food is well seasoned and prepared fresh. Its so good he cant even offer delivery service.

The food is amazing. Perhaps the best chicken wing. Lots of variety as well. The only downside is the price. Very pricey, and they monopolize because its the only halal Chinese spot in town. Very good food but expect to pay 15-20% more
