If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I have never been more disappointed. Ordered Geral Tsos chicken and wonton soup. Pretty common, right? Well whatever was in the wontons was a mystery. The chicken was so substandard I wouldnt feed it to my dog. Came without broccoli and so poorly prepared it came out I one sticky lump of undercooked flour covered chicken balls. I was so upset that I took their food back to them. They just looked at me - dumbfounded that I would even question this joke of a hole in the wall restaurant. Ending up with - "it is General Taos chicken. It just doesnt look like the picture" and "the soup only costs very little so thats how we make it." I encourage all people who live in an urban area - DO NOT ACCEPT SUB STANDARD Food, service or treatment. First time and LAST TIME. Gross! Never again.

Ordered from this place first time serivce and food was perfect! Driver was courteous. But I went to order again placed and nice sized amount order 25.00+ and this time the driver was very rude and prejudice, he didnt want to get out of the car to walk to the door to give me the food after i put my $300.00 phone in the door to hold it open to meet him half way. I would not order from this place again because of their service. Its not fair nor good business to offer delivery and they dont deliver.......

The staff is neglegant and disrespectful. The driver got mad because he didnt get a tip after being a half hour later than I was told he would show up with my food. Rather than just take the money and go on his way he made a remark "So theres nothing for me huh?" Then when you call to talk to the manager he tells you what his "colleague" says when he asked the questions even if you have witnesses to what really happened between you and the delivery driver. Wont be buying from them anymore.

The food I have had there is average.. nothing special. As I posted for "Chinese Pagoda" I like curry chicken and dont like it watery and these guys have been a bad offender on that front. The Chx and brocoli is good, guess it depends what you get. They are however the friendlist staff of the Chinese food places I have good too since I moved to E.O.

This places food is terrible. I got general tso chicken which is my favorite and they ruined it for me...i only went to this place because of the great reviews it got in the first place but most say service is good, not the food which is all i care about...will never get food from this place again

I usually order from here but they get more and more rude...guy was upset because i called before my food was delivered to make sure nothing was spicy and got mad because it was...and i wanted it made over! Why do you automatically make someones food spicy?! Not ordering from them anymore!!

Ill never forget when their delivery driver came to my door, put his hands up at me angrily saying, "Is that it", and walked off slamming his car door, just because his tip was the $1.83 within the $20 I gave him. Never seen nothing like that. Never again.

What place ever!!! Terrible service, manager was extremely rude, and came to deliver the food to me and then took it back because I did not hve my credit card for him to physically see only a picture. Ridiculous, extremely unhappy with this place!

Food always on point. Great website and online menu. Clean tables with open counter area. No workers cowering behind plexiglass. These guys are friendly and cook fresh food in a clean environment. Everything ordered is delish and plentiful.

Good food, but they have a Disrespectful driver delivering food for them. After reporting an incident to the restaurant my complaint was not taken seriously. I wont support this business.
